I made an order for a chicken salad I get to the window and they don't have any of the dressings which I should have been told at the speaker. Then they swipe my card before telling me that and when I say never mind on the salad they tell me I'll need to come back for my refund!? What the hell I have to come back on another day because you don't have the correct product. I was told a GM was the only one that could do a refund then what the hell is the point of having a manager on site if they cannot refund a simple $6.95 and then when I got my food it was cold and disgusting! I'm furious won't come here again! Whataburger on 3501 Altamesa in Fort Worth, TX! Just horrible!

And this is what I paid $7 for I am so pissed! I should have just went to Chic Fil A like I was going too!
