I went to Whataburger today 11/1/2026 with my receipt coupon for a free Whataburger with the purchase of a drink and fries. When I went to pay they told me that the free Whataburger coupon could not be used. There is not an expiration date on the coupon. Their answer to me is they cannot give it to me because they didn't have a button for that. I believe they should have accepted that coupon. It was still a valid one.

Claimed loss: $5.79 - $7.29

Desired outcome: Free Whataburger coupon
