Whataburger not giving what we ordered even after waiting 15 minutes.

My Husband and l visited Pearland location Store #433 2406 South Main 77581. General Manager James Brown Jr. This wad on 10/26/17 4:55:03PM
I ordered A double meat junior which was not a double meat at all that l received it was a single meat and I also ordered a fresh lemon pie which I didn't get. Even though l ordered it and am happy to wait on fresh food anytime. After all of that waiting we received an apple pie. Then she brings out a lemon pie and was asked was it fresh and we were told by her to do not believe her if she said it was yes it was fresh. We also ordered another meal. l was very upset that l didn't receive what I ordered and they had no intentions on getting it right even though l paid for it. My husband was trying to calm me down bc i was so upset. l had been out of town for 3 weeks in Denver, Colorado and St. Louis, Missouri with no Whataburger in sight. So I was totally inconsolable I couldn't attempt to enjoy what was given to us. No apologies, no refund attempts, nothing.

Whataburger bad service cashier

Reason that I always go to whatabuger near my home of 123 highway and I always order 2 breakfast on buns of sausage and one hash browns and small drink and the cashier do rude to me that I am deaf person and I always come to there every time and other cashier do understand clear what I mean order easy ways and now today the cashier service rude and smart [censor] to me that bad rude to deaf person of insulting awful and I mad and the bad cashier talked to me why not they wrote down to me I can't hear and I told them blah too much and I am deaf and I left there and I will not able back to them never again period that your business rude and insulting to deaf person THANK YOU lots. Whataburger food

Two days ago I ordered a chicken strip meal and when I received it they were so burnt I couldn't bite into it then just a hour ago I order a breakfast platter with extra sausage and when I get to the window they say they only have one sausage left but they had already charged me for the extra that is so ridiculous and I'm very pissed ! There is always something they'll either say they don't have a certain food item or they don't have condiments I'm so disgusted !

Whataburger the service

this happen on 10/25/2017 at around 7:15 am i came to the menu to order and the lady on the mic sounded like she had a attitude over the speaker and would cut me off most the time and when i get to the window she had got the size wrong on the drink and when i told her she made me hold the drink out the window while she got my change which than when she grab the drink she made me drop the straw. when i got the new drink she had filled the drink all the way with ice and didn't even hand me other straw when i went to ask her for a straw she had close the window on me and walked away .when the food was in the bag she walked back to the counter and kind of like drop/threw my food on the counter and than when she started to hand me the food i asked for more salsa she'd sighed and than handed me the food than i asked for the a straw she sighed again and rolled her eyes and after all that she closed the window not saying anything.
this has happen every time i go there its always the same person and has always had an attitude and most of the time i don't wanna be going there if she is there and most of the time i get whataburger breakfast every morning but with her being around and with that attitude i will not be going to that whataburger else something has changed

Whataburger dine in area closed

I work overnight, and I often come to Whataburger for my lunches and dine inside because I like that I can do that, and this is the second time that the dine in area is closed and it’s the second time that the deep fryers are down because of cleaning, I really hope that this problem gets fixed because I don’t want to stopcoming toenjoy my lunchhere

Whataburger unsafe seating area and capricious loitering policy

WILL MAKE YOU LEAVE AFTER HALF AN HOUR. Flavourly, Stuck in the past with their old style burgers. WhataBurger has decent burgers, but if you were expecting to leisurely enjoy them with contemporary technology, you out of luck. No WiFi, no place to connect your devices. If you have their app and try to order in the restuarant with a weak cell connection, you're out of luck. Their burgers remind me of 60's food, and I realize some may enjoy having well lubricated meals.

While eating my meal a deranged homeless person came through the seating area twice, filling up a cup and throwing most on the floor. Once the drink was thrown in my direction and thankfully fell short of the computer. The cops spent a lot of time with this person in the parking lot.

While I was writing this review the general manager came out and told me I was there more than 30min and I was loitering and had to leave. I told him there no signs to advise me of this policy.

I submitted complaints to BBB and to the corporate office, no response.
I sent another response to the corporate office that there are no loitering signs, still no response.

Whataburger food-service

Burger was made wrong and I could not eat it ( allergic to mustard) and on top of that it was cold. Was told they were out of rootbeer then sweet tea, then tea. No reciept with my change. Not an experiance I was looking for after working 14 hrs. Now going to bed hungry and very upset. If your going to be a 24 hr restaurant then have all options available or at least offer to take the drink off the ticket. I feel I didn't get a reciept because of the customer survey that is usually on the bottom of it. Not the first time my burger was cold from this location but dang, they didn't even try to get it right and truly wasted my money.

I think everyone should never buy anything at Whataburger again...refusing police ? The company says it was just one employee...what about the manager who backed the employee up? There is no way this would have happened if there were not a corporate attitude that disrespect for the police and other customers was acceptable...hire anyone, just so they make money.
Read all the complaints of customers being disrespected...keep but their food just because it is convenient or a habit, and you are part of the problem. We all deserve better than that...where is your self-respect people ?

Whataburger person at the register and supervisor

Today I took my kid to eat breakfast at the whataburger on 2741 N Stemmons Fwy On Dallas Tx We got there right before 11 am. There was 3 people in front of us ordering and when they finished ordering and it was our turn I was going to order breakfast and the supervisor screams to the persons at the register no more breakfast and I told the person at the register so I can't order no more breakfast and she said no. I told her why not if we made inside before 11 and she said but is already 11:02. So I was very upset because of the fact that not even the supervisor could of help us.

Whataburger whataburger meal not right, handled badly

I was in your store on Hwy 90 in Mobile tonight and my wife and I ordered 2 meals.There was some confusion at first, but it was straightened out eventually.When we got our orders my plain with cheese whataburger had all the regular stuff on it.I took it back to the counter and within 3-4 minutes got my replacement.I noticed when I checked it, a pickle seed and a couple of onions were still on the burger from where they had evidently just scraped off the stuff and gave the same burger back to me.We are fairly regular customers, but since that's the way they treat customers I will be going to Burger King from now on.

Whataburger person at the cashier desk

Whataburger

During a recent visit to the State of Texas, I went to eat at various WhataBurger restaurants, in all the deal was excellent from each and every employee who served us.

It was strange, that at restaurant 69, located at 4902 San Bernanrdo in Laredo Texas, received a discourteous treatment of a woman who was beginning the operation of a cashier to order and pay for the food.

She wore a different shirt of the other employees, the color was yellow, - apparently her name is Monica.

Let me narrate the event:

I arrived at the restaurant at 2:23 pm on October 2, 2017, there were few people to order and one person was opening an additional box.

At that moment the woman arrived and began to deliver money to the employee who would operate this point of sale.

I stayed in line, waiting my turn; then I look in the direction of the cahier in process of opening and saw the woman, who made me a sign to go to cashier, which I did.

Arriving at the cashier, she was upset and express to me rudely, and said that the row started back, so I returned to my place.

It didn´t matter to me, and I´m sure that a person that had bad mood, is not going to spoil my food and the pleasure of being in Whataburger.

As a reference, I express that the order was 188875, at 2:24:45 PM and the cashier who at last kindly attended to me was Mr. JOSE R.

I hope that these words, serve to further improve their extraordinary company, which in another chain restaurant in San Marcos, TX, we were proud to explain their sales volumes have achieved.

Soon, we will be back in a Whataburger and I will eat a number 2, as I like.

Whataburger new manager

Myself and a friend were turned away from the whataburger located on broadhead road in waxahachie Texas, highly disappointed considering I have spent in the thousands considering I have been a customer since the establishment was built because I live across the street in the neighborhood of Karsen heights. New manager who claimed “he has been there for over a year” used fowl launguage and threatened to call the police on me for questioning his position and apparently “being rude to his employees”. Never told his name and also wore a different uniform than managers for this establishment usually wear. Highly disappointed

Whataburger customer service

On 9/25/17 I stopped at whataburger# 601 on 211 west Rd thru drive thru.the cashier was very rude and was rushing me to finish my order.i went to the window and the only thing I say I needed the name of whoever took my order..the girl almost put her name tag on my face (kanisha)was her name.and she said she didn't care.i ask politely to speak to the manager in charge.they told me she was too busy.I said I wasn't moving until I talked to the manager.So 2 mins later the manager showed up.she apologize for what the other girl did.but still in the back of her, kanisha kept saying she didn't care.and the manager in charge told me it was better for me to call the other manager who wasn't there at the time because she only been working there 4 years and didn't know what to do.so the other manager would now what to do...cuz she didn't.why would you leave a manager who don't know how to handle her employees.(after 4 yrs)and still don't know what to do.im a general manager and I know I wouldn't leave no one in charge that can't handle employees and let them disrespect a customer.i know customer ain't always right.but I know for sure an employee has to call the manager in charge to handle the situation instead of talking back...

Whataburger my food

Hello, My name is Danny and last night I went to a new Whataburger location that just recently opened close to my house and I was happy and excited because I am originally from Texas and I loved going to Whataburger back home. I hated the “Want to Be” Blake’s Lotaburger out here in New Mexico. So, I was glad to have a taste of back home. First of all, It’s sad that Whataburger wanted to allow them to put green chili on the food. It’s not something that I was happy about at all. My order was wrong and my food was horrible. The burger was extremely dry and my fries were hard like they been sitting there all day. They took forever to get my food to me and I’m complaining because I just wanted it to get fixed, so, I can go back and just have a better experience. I didn’t even bother to call the location because I know that it’s not going to get fixed, so, this is why I’m writing this. Thank you and hopefully we can get this back to the “Texas Way!”

Whataburger rude employee

Hi I have a complaint about an employee at one of your locations. I went in today to the whataburger located at 6425 Weber Rd in corpus christi and placed an order for myself and my kids. Ordered and realized it was made incorrect so told employee. They remade it but it was wrong again and when I told them again, I wasn't rude and wasn't making a big deal about it but an employee name Michelle got rude. Started saying it was my fault cause I wasn't clear enough when my receipt clearly had it right

Whataburger double meat burger

In Downtown Corpus Christi Texas, 27SEP17, Upon ordering our food the guy messed up our orderes a few times and mixed up the cards which wasn't a huge deal. We got our food which was through the drive through and proceeded home. When I opened the wrapper the bun was burnt on both sides and also the burger came with mustard when I asked for no mustard.

Whataburger service

I just got off of a 12 hour shift, starving so I order whataburger and they give me a drink with a big hole in the bottom of the cup. Wasn't planning on eating until I got home so I pull up to my house and there is sugary sticky Powerade all over my BRAND NEW CAR. Check your cups before handing them to customers. Just wasted money and now have to clean my car. Never going to whataburger again.

Whataburger customer service

The customer service I received was some of the worst I ever have the cashier was rude the manager was yelling through the restaurant the employees cooking in the back were more worried about dancing around then they were about making food I was waiting for almost half an hour for my food and people that got there after me got their food before I did I can't believe how bad a service it was and I really don't ever want to come here again

Whataburger whataburger burger complaint!

Today I purchased a whataburger junior meal in college station on Texas street. My burger came without a patty, and I am very disappointed. I have been a very loyal customer to whataburger over the past 18 years but this is not acceptable! I was on my way to class in a rush and I knew I would be able to count on whataburger, however, I guess I was proven wrong this time... Is there any compensation to make up for this unacceptable service? I believe that is the only way to make things right...

Whataburger wrong order

I love Whataburger... YET they time and time again either get the order wrong or totally forget to even put the full order that was paid for in the bag... a lot of times I'm in a hurry for work and don't even realize it until I'm at work... It's frustrating but I'm sure my local Jack in the Box, McDonalds and Burger King are happy for these consistent mistakes.

Whataburger hot apple pie

Hello,
I visited a Whataburger in DeSoto, Texas on Sunday, September, 10, 2017. I ordered two kids meals for my children. I decided to order an apple pie for myself. I handed my children their kids meal bags and drove away. I realized the apple pie was in my 4 year old daughter's meal bag and quickly grabbed it from her because I knew they are typically hot. As i am driving, I decided to remove the pie from the packaging to allow it to cool. As I dipped the pie out of the package into my hand, a large amount of pie filling dropped onto my shirt and chest (the pie was cracked open and the filling was all oozing out.) I was in terrible pain and frantically searched for a napkin in the food bags- there were none. The filling continued to burn my skin until I found a baby wipe in my center console and was able to wipe it off. To call the apple pie "hot" is a complete understatement. Infact, the exterior crust of the pie wasn't even very hot at all. But the inside, was literally scaulding, burning, hot! This is unacceptable! I now have a deep burn that will likely scar right on my chest. It is unsightly and painful. Frankly, I'm appalled that this temperature of food is allowed to be served. I am grateful that my daughter didn't get a hold of it and it burn her delicate skin or God forbid someone's mouth. As I mentioned above. The crust and pie its self were not THAT hot as I held it in my hand with no discomfort- but the inside literally can burn someone's skin, mouth, etc.

Unfortunately, this just happened to me. The Whataburger in Corpus Christi handed me a pie. I went to bite it but didn’t because I didn’t burn my mouth before I threw the pie from a horrible pain….aka the center oozed out onto my hand. I did not have my ac on and it was a warming day yet I saw steam as I threw the pie. I made a complaint for the burn to my hand and leg but wanted nothing in return but to change policy about how soon after deep frying a sugary substance it can be handed to a customer. Needless to say some third party called to get my statement and proceeded to say he found no employee liability and all pies are made at the same temp. He refused to say how soon after deep frying a pie it can be handed to a customer because of course it’s all about mitigating liability. How about Whataburger take complaints seriously before another person is injured.

This location, I later learned had just opened for lunch after shutting down for toilet issues and were what appeared to be running behind. It is not the employees but the stress corporate standards put on employees/managers to get cars through fast but at what cost?

I’ll live and I never wanted anything other than for the chain to make changes to their protocol (protocols they would not share.)

But if this happened to my child I would take every legal step for change necessary. Can we just get change now!

A no longer Whataburger fan….. 😞.

This has happened to me too! Twice because I tried a different location a couple years after the first. I emailed Whataburger and to say they really didn't care is an understatement. This is basically a pie with hot liquid. NOY filling like most. I'm wondering how many other people this has happened to.
