I called (Friday 8/3 at 2:22 am ) talked to some one by the name of Raul let him know what was wrong with my order he told me to come any day with my Receipt so today (Sunday 8/5 @ 5:43 pm) I called to see if I could get my credit order I spoke with a manager named "Blanca" she was very rude say that I was lying and she was working that night I explained to her that a guy answered the phone and gave me the credit order she continued to say i was lying and also start name calling
Now I'm a very loyal customer to Whataburger especially this Whataburger in particular since my home is only a few feet away and I've never ever been treated this way it's honestly left a very bad taste in my mouth this happened all at the Whataburger on Nolana in McAllen address 1000 e Nolana ave 78504 (store number 772) now I do have a screen shot of when I called I will include that and also a copy of my receipt
