Totally unprofessional service!
I purchased my vehicle in 2006. I was paying my car note on time. I then came into some financial hardships that cause me to fall behind. Bottom line, the representative told me that I could bay a certain amount, and then pay the other amount 2 weeks after. Then when my payment came I would only pay half for that month. I wasn't able to pay on that schedule, but got the total amount in.
The representative then told me that was not the agreement. I told her, " you know what, I need to start recording these conversation. You all keep changing things." She stated I needed to send in another $75.00. I don't have anymore money to send to you. I have sent in the total you all requested. After going back and forth with this representative, she then insults my intelligence, by saying, "well this is not my problem, you should have enough education to... blah blah blah." At this point I told her, "you will not talk to me that way, I will hang this phone up on you." She replies while I am talking, "go ahead... go ahead". TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Before this incident, they had a "so called repo man", call me and leave a message. First of all, he tries to talk in a southern accent which was fake as monopoly money. He couldn't even hold the accent through the hold message. LOL
Oh well, you live and learn. I am not surprised there are others that have complained on this company.

It’s the worse car loan institution . I got my car. And I was late for my first payment 15 days and westa lake made a repo for my car no options. Just. Find a. Person to apply for the credit ! I hear the bank usually repo after 3 mints without payment. . I made my first payment 15 days late. And they took the money and repo the car . Stay away
I paid the car note on April 3 I paid 343 I paid them 265 I owe 78.10 I had a family emergency I couldn’t get to the rest of the money for the car note I just want my car and my money

I’m trying to pay over the phone and it won’t let me and I can’t find there email address to get in contact with them.. I’ve never had this problem before with my old finance company
As of yesterday/ last night April 11,2023 and when I try to call them they don’t answer the phone
I received my income in the bank 3 days before my original date. They tried to withdraw money 2 days before my money arrived. I made my payment on 3/30/2023 Confirmation #[protected]. I purchased a car in June of 2022. The car was stolen in September 2022. Westlake Financials has not released the title to my insurance allowing them to pay the car off. Westlake has written off my account to bad debt and will not resolve the issue.
They won’t even refund my cap coverage when I still have 45 months of not used coverage because I paid off the loan early this company is very bad and they seem to like to scam people
