While travelling from Vancouver to Calgary yesterday I was charged an extra 71 dollars for my personal tote bag. In it I had my laptop, shaving kit and a book.
I felt discriminated against when paying my bill, several customers who were also travelling on the ultra basic package were not questioned about their bags that were much larger than mine. They would not have fitted in the carry on size check. If you are going to enforce these rules you need to enforce for all, and not for one. My personal tote bag easily could go under my seat.
Also customers who are travelling with carry ons are very often travelling with suitcases that will never fit in your sizing bins. Everyone should receive the same treatmen t.

Desired outcome: Just my money refunded.
