Western Dental Services review: Treatment billing

I am filing this formal complaint since no one has been able to help me at the western dental office. They are billing me incorrectly and threatening to send me to collections for an amount I do not owe. However every time I try to get information about my amounts I owe, I am told no one can help me correct this and that that is not their problem. I have been trying to fix this since October, and no one has been able to help me.
They are billing me for $390+ when I have statements that say I owe them only the difference my insurance didn't cover($100). I was yelled at and told no one can help me until February 15th when they have a manager on site. When I asked for assistance to get this corrected I was told rudely by the staff that she didn't have to give me a reason why no one could help me, she told me to mind my own damn business.
