Wells Fargo illegally repoed my vehicle at 2 am 10/3/2010 ! I recieved no notice. The co-signer evn recieved no notice. The repo business ripped the driveway all up. When I called Wells Fargo they said they never recieved a payment. It was sent a month prior! I put a trace and they just simply said that if it was thier mistake they would correct it. How? Return a 4x4 that was dragged out and not even in neutral? DO NOT speak to Lydia at the presidents office. For that matter here is the number complain, complain... [protected]. Ask for a person higher than this office and they claim they are the highest. Hmmph! Take a look at these websites: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/39876275/

This company hired people off the streets that knew nothing about contracts to just simply sign the paperwork so it would be processed. How is this legal? And why would any company even begin to think this was right? I am suing! Please keep this and know I am not afraid to share my experience. These are pictures of documents and my Durango they illegally repoed.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Wells Fargo came and repo my 1997 dodge ram 1500 truck and they sold it and how they want you to pay them the money of $2, 512.97 for the rest off the loan! they sold it for $2, 200.00!
The don't have to warn you that they are coming to reposess your car. Actually they go out of their way tonmake sure you're not on to them. If you knew they were coming then you would have the opportunity to hide the car or block it in. What I don't understand is your money order has a date on itnfrom October but it wasn't post marked til November. So when did you actually make payment? If they damaged your property I would have the towing company pay for it or take them to small claims court.
wells fargo repo'd my car, after payment arrangemnets were made on the same day of my repo. the customer rep Doug Hearst needs to learn customer service, and not argue and yell at the customer, he lied in saying i was trying to hide the car, in whci i wasn't, that's why i called and took responsibility, and made payment arrangemnets so that it would not get taken. Does Wells Fargo not have a customer service manual, on how to handle situations, or is anger and argueing apart of your every day practice. Mr. Doug Hearst needs to learn the basics of customer service, without customers he would not have a job. But somehow Big companies fail to realize who pays them, and if i made payment arrangements, then he lied to me. And that is in any business relations wrong. I would strongly suggest you look closely at how your service departments handle situations. Ive worked in the customer relations field for a long time, I would neveer argue yell or treat them like trash. Big companies ( if you watch the news) fail everyday. In this economy I only hope im around when Wells Fargo goes under. or bought out, I welcome any response, from yuor CEO down to explain to me why I was lied to. I guess that's how you get ahead, lie, cheat and steal. which ist the perfect formula for failure. Like i said, I hope i watch the news one day and see that your company because of it's practices has fallen. I get better service from Walmart or Dollar Stores than with Mr. Doug Hearst. I wish you luck on your restructering of your customer relations problem.
Imagine how much money they would make if they followed the rules, didn't lie, and treated their customers with respect !
just imagine!
Ive contacted a lawyer, in regards to your business practices ...good luck...hope you followed the rules...?
just what i thought no answer to that one...if you have to lie to customers to maintain your company..mmm just makes me wonder how long you'll be in business...!
Im afraid in this ecomomy, your are going to find that a lot of people are falling behind ...and if you wells fargo ...don't work with them..your little repo guy will be real busy..
just like your mortgage dept. is, getting to sell houses they foreclose on and lose money...lots of money..just imagine how much moneyyou would save by being good to your customers...just imagine...
It looks like you would learn how to manage your service department...follow good business practices and being honest...just imagine
well [censored]head i guess im talking to you
then why are you taking up for these companies who don not follow good business practices...?
the public needs to hear these complaints, so that is who the hell im talking to
it's easy to use your big mouth on line...where do you live ? I think we need to have a disscussion
don't use frofanity at me and not expect me to react on your ###...
this picture explains it all...
