I've been dealing with numerous customer service representatives and their supervisors for over a month for a simple issue that could have easily been resolved quickly and professionally, but they've all used different excuses and changed their stories everytime I called. The issue still hasn't been resolved and I was told it might get resolution in 15 business days, 3 weeks, but that's the same story they've told me in past conversations. No one seems to know how to be honest and just tell the truth, but instead keep making up excuses that make absolutely no sense whatever. They are great at saying "yes ma'am," and "I understand," but nothing is getting done to resolve the simple problem. I don't know if it's extremely poor training or no training at all, but this agency appears to need a complete overhaul. I didn't know an agency could be this incompetent. You can file grievances, but the issue doesn't get resolved. The customer might eventually get a totally useless letter of apology for the actions of the poorly trained representatives and supervisors, but that accomplishes nothing and the horrible customer service will continue as it has in the past few years. They know that some senior citizens have no other options and are stuck with companies like Wellcare, so they never try to change a thing or make any improvements, and continue to show indifference towards the customers.
Recommendation: I'd look for other options, if I were you
