We had a mani/pedi scheduled for my wife in January 2024. Upon arrival, the provider immediately started to complain that the payment for the job was inadequate and that Herespa keeps the pre paid tip amount and that we should re tip her. Within four days of service the gel nail polish had chipped off most of my wife's nails. She is a stroke victim and has minimal use of her hands so this is clearly a poor quality treatment. When I contacted Herespa they stated their guarantee was only for 48 hours. Who would pay over $100 for a treatment that only ladts 48 hours?

I am giving this service zero stars. It is overpriced and doesn’t do a good job. I made an appointment on 6/23, and a nail tech powder because I’m growing them out. The nail artist arrived and I was satisfied with the nails. The price however was $119 just for a manicure! On 6/28, the thumb nail came completely off. I contacted this company and they refused to accommodate me. They stated there was a 48 hour window. They refused to fix one nail! I’m sitting in a hospital bed, I am not doing anything strenuous to make the nail come off. I paid all that money when dip costs $40 in the nail salon near my house. Beware! Stay away from this service. They are overpriced, cheap, and have bad customer service. Two thumbs down!

Tumie was great! My wife has some body dementia, which makes it harder to work on her when she doesn't get what's happening. Tumie was patient with her and understood her condition. She did a great job on both the mani and pedi. She was professional and friendly to talk to. I'd recommend her services for sure.

Looking in the dictionary, the very first definition of EXCELLENCE is HereSpa. They are wonderful, caring, careful and professional. I explained to them the condition my wife was in after being hit by a big truck while crossing the street. She had to have the top of her head removed to stop the bleeding and now has issues with her right hand/arm and left leg, as well as confusion. HereSpa was so careful to accommodate to my wife's needs, as she hadn't had her nails cut in 5 months and was in desperate need of professional care. I know the rating is from 1-5, but HereSpa has earned a 10. Thank you HereSpa from both of us, John and Jane, with our full hearts for your wonderful work.

I'm so mad, I can't even give them one star. I booked a massage for my preggo wife's bday and got a text a few hours later saying the nail thing was canceled. I told them it wasn't a nail thing and they said it was canceled anyway. They said they'd try to get someone out in 3 days, but if not, they'd give us our money back. I don't get it, they have male and female options, so why can't they send someone else? I think they didn't want to send anyone because I didn't tip on my card. I had cash for that. So I called customer service and some dude answered like "hello?" I was confused, but it was the right number. He talked in circles and I just asked for my money back. Now, I'm out the money I was gonna spend on my wife's bday until they give it back in 3-5 days. So unprofessional and stupid. Look somewhere else first.

What a wonderful service especially for my mom that is home bound. On top of that the nail tech was amazing! She was super friendly, kind, compassionate, and her nail service is top notch!

Jomel was outstanding. He worked very well with a senior citizen, and was very respectful of her. He kept asking our advice as to whether the cut needed any adjustment. Really appreciated him. Five stars!

Their website is unclear about which services mean what. I (due to unclear wording) choose the wrong service. The person arrived without basics and couldnt do the manicure. Herespa will not refund my money or give me credit towards another manicure. They are an unprofessional joke. Dont waste your time or choose incorrectly due to their strange wording or youll be out the money.

HereSpa claims to offer in home services such as manicures and pedicures via their online platform. They also claim to tailor their services towards senior citizens. I purchased this service for my 82 yr old mother a week prior to her appointment date. I received confirmation emails and texts all the way until the day of the service. 60 min prior to service, I got a cancellation. Not only was the appointment abruptly canceled, but there was no service available through their customer phone number, email, or text. I had to chase them down over the next two days to try to understand what had happened and to reschedule the appointment or refund my money. I finally got a response only after writing a very direct email on their poor service. They then insisted that this was unusual and asked me to please reconsider using their service. They also refunded my money. That sounds reasonable except for the fact that they again cancelled last min on my mother - no warning, no rationale. Again, I called, emailed, and texted their service numbers and finally, the head of operations called me back and promised that she would personally ensure that an appointment was set and delivered. That was two weeks ago and I have heard nothing. It is such a shame for a business to falsely represent what they are capable in delivering and really awful that they specifically target, or claim to have a niche focused on, senior citizens. Buyer beware.

I tried to book a pedicure appointment with HereSpa on Dec. 5, 2022, for an in-home service. They scheduled me for Dec. 8, 2022, but then canceled and rescheduled for the same day. However, on Dec. 11, 2022, they canceled again and said it would be another week and a half before they could come. I had already given them my credit card number, and the representative I spoke to didn't speak English well enough for me to understand her. It seems like they're giving me the same runaround that someone else complained about on this website.
