Hard to contact/hard to return
I ordered a rosacea product from The Wellness Company. I needed a 'prescription', which only means that you fill out a generic form and someone looks it over. After submitting the form, I became uneasy about ordering something that needs a 'prescription' without actually seeing a doctor - my doctor. I tried to cancel it almost immediately and long before the form was reviewed or the product was shipped. Turns out that simply submitting the form for review was the point at which I could not return. In addition, I later learned that the product was 5 times the price that I would have paid with an actual prescription by a doctor and then taken to a regular pharmacy and run through insurance. I do NOT recommend this company.
Recommendation: I do not recommend this company

September 2025 This company is a scam. You cannot talk to a doctor. You cannot get a refund. The products are being sold to people without any screening. Overcharging on pricing from what is displayed to what gets charged to your card
had a monthly elite membership there. you get 2 free supplements for your membership. Received medical kit, no advance notice
The medical kit had arrived at my mailbox at the PO. What a surprise! It was faster than I thought. Just yesterday I was checking information on shipping and they didn't have any information.
