Every part of Wellcare is fraugulent.

Grieve Consular was pull away. I was married to my husband for 24 years. You pulled my grief consulting away in my first year of grief. Depleting my mental and physical heath. They really don't know anything about grief. I also have Epilepsy, but Wellcare doesn't care. Wellcare gives you the run around about the situation with NO understanding of grief.

Can't switch fast enough

I had no issue with them originally, but after getting a diagnosis that needs medication in a timely manner, they denied it due to "not having tried anything else". I've only had the diagnosis for 2 weeks. After a 30 min phone call of filing an appeal and getting the list of "alternatives" that they would cover, I took additional time to see what other...

Absolutely horrible customer service representatives

I've been dealing with numerous customer service representatives and their supervisors for over a month for a simple issue that could have easily been resolved quickly and professionally, but they've all used different excuses and changed their stories everytime I called.
