Can't switch fast enough

I had no issue with them originally, but after getting a diagnosis that needs medication in a timely manner, they denied it due to "not having tried anything else". Absolutely horrible customer service representatives

I've been dealing with numerous customer service representatives and their supervisors for over a month for a simple issue that could have easily been resolved quickly and professionally, but they've all used different excuses and changed their stories everytime I called.
