Webster Bank review: Online banking

They claim I must have a cod4e by cell phone I dont have a cell phone so I went in person webster bank farmington ave bristol ; u must have a code to get online must ; so they gave me code for my computer I put in in and it said not available at this time after 3 locked out so went down again and again and again so far 6 time and I was told nothing they can do wont do. I said it was not available at this time yes 6 times I went in person. There is no way to make sure I ca get threw online I do0nt understand = I went in person 6 time also called 8 time all I get in the run around

What I expect ill have to find another bank who wants to help me u must not want my banking business
