On May 21, 2026, I called customer service to initiate a domestic wire transfer from my personal savings Brio account to another bank to pay off four loans the guy that assisted me with the transaction after verifying me and the account information proceed to email the form needed for the wire, once I fill out the form I email back to him, he then call me back and told me the wire was sent successfully told me the cost of the wire and that it will be on the other account by the end of the day since it was sent before 1pm. or something like that. To make this complaint short after numerous calls to customer services and in person visits to two different branch locations still today no wire was ever send and now all my personal and business accounts are blocked for me to use in any possible way Webster Bank have keep my money blocked for me and from my business partner as well and all the response, we get at both branches is someone will contact you no reason why this Traeger the blocked of our accounts still today no one have contacted me or my partner no explanation of any kind this is beyond crazy and unprofessional for bank official to do this even after both branches supposedly send emails to the back office to mark the issue as unresolved that way someone from higher corporate office will call us back as soon as possible within 2 days so they told us but quess what today June 9, 2026 I'm writing this complaint since we still have not received any updates or phone calls from anyone at Webster. Oh almost forgot one of the managers at the Stratford CT branch told us we could close out the accounts if we wanted since anyway the bank will probably close them anyways! to which we said this are business accounts there is so many things we have to do before closing these accounts like stablishing new accounts where the rental payments can be send to payments from tenants and section 8 officials and set up new ach in so forth this is insane also today I received a text from a tenant letting me know that her rental payment was send back to her do to my account being flagged as a failed account!

Claimed loss: I loss lots of money since the wire was to pay off 4 mortgage loans now I have to sue or something to get Webster Bank to pay me back the money they cost us lots of money.
