My contract with WM was scheduled to end on 6/19/23. They received my cancellation letter on 3/8/23. I have been in direct communication with the “account manager” since 3/9/23, we reviewed my letter over the phone and at this time I specifically asked about any additional fees regarding bin removal, I was told “No, you have done everything required on your part to end the contract and because everything seems to be in order, there will be no charges for bin removal, bins will be picked up anywhere from 6/20-6/27, you can call me once we get closer to 6/19 so I can give you a specific date for bin removal” I called again on 6/6 I was told they would pick up on 6/27, that didn’t happen, so I called again on 6/30 they said they would pick up on 7/1 then I called again on 7/5 because our new trash company didn’t have room to leave our new bins well they decided to show up until 7/11. I literally have camera footage of every time this company showed up to my business and just parked outside without even taking our trash. On 7/19 when my contract ended and after I had already deleted my payment information and auto pay should have been turned off, WM withdrew $260.74 out of my account with no authorization. When I contacted the same “account manager” he apologized and refunded the money back to my account on 8/2, But now I’m getting an invoice and WMs “account manager” is now refusing to take my calls he says he will look into it further and return my call and then never calls me and if I call asking to speak with him he is always at lunch or in a meeting, they are giving me the run around. The last person I spoke with flat out yelled at me and said the invoice I received is for July fees and 600 dollars for bin removal fees and I better pay up or I was getting sent to collections… not only are they giving me the run around but now I’m being threatened! Why would I owe anything when my contract ended June 19? Because they decided to pick up their bins until July 11? This is ridiculous!

Desired outcome: I want these nonsense charges to disappear! I don’t owe them anything!
