Walmart bird food

I received a bag of bird food for my parrots that I had ordered from Walmart. The food was poisonous and resulted in a very serious illness for both parrots. When I contacted Walmart they said that they would forward the information to the company that supplied the product to them. Then ended up only refunding back half of the price that I paid due to a restocking fee.
" I don't think that poisonous food should be restocked or make someone pay a restocking fee due to this." The following is the letter that I sent to AMI Ventures.

I don't think that you understand the complexity of the situation.

The product that you supplied to Walmart, who then sold it to me from their website was poisonous to my exotic birds. I fed this to them one time and they both came down dreadfully ill.

The veterinary that I took my birds to said that they ate something poisonous and to get rid of the item that I had fed them that day".

I then brought this to the attention of Walmart, who said there was nothing they could do and would not refund the rest of the money that I had paid.

"DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SUCH PET FOOD FROM WALMART, or HUMAN FOOD FOR THAT MATTER'. Do you really want to take the chance of poisonous food?

Walmart pharmacy

When our pharmacy (fred's) was closed in forrest city, arkansas, all our records were automatically sent to walgreens. Having previous problems with walgreens (waiting an hour several times when orders were suppose to have been ready) and wanting a nation wide access to our prescriptions I decided to use walmart pharmacy. Trying to get my scripts to transfer over was a nightmare. I called walmart pharmacy three times and was hung up on all three times. So I decided to use a local drug store, caldwell drug store, (which is 30 minutes one way from my home, yes that's an hour I am willing to drive for good service). I live in palestine, arkansas. I am a retired federal employee with 32 hours above my master's degree. I'm not an uneducated delta hick.
Today after finding out my daughter and I have strep and not feeling like driving the hour round trip I asked my dr's office to send my meds to walmart in forrest city. One of my scripts was not received from my dr. When I got home I contacted my dr's office. I was told that it was sent and confirmed of receiving. However, they sent it again. I called walmart pharmacy and was put on hold and then hung up. Just as before when I was going to switch my business to your company. I immediately called back several times because it was busy. I got through and asked the girl not to hang up on me. I told her what happened in which she replied, "well we're busy".
I am asking you to look into this situation. My number is [protected], I called first at 5:15 pm - 5:19 pm. I still have not received a confirmation of my medication. All I can think now is my medicine is really going to be messed up.
Please remind your employees not to hang up on purpose with a costumer and how to treat your costumers. I will get my prescription tomorrow, hopefully. I will continue to use caldwell drug store and can't wait until they open their store in forrest city.

Walmart employee committed slander through private message

An employee of walmart in augusta ga located on deans bridge rd her name is rebecca boyd she messaged a friend of mine and said ugly hateful untrue things about me... She is having an affair with my fiancee.. She is known to work at wal-mart under the influence of drugs.. I have evidence which are messages from her to my friend. A employee of the company should be respectful honest and mature among other things.. This is who is supposed to be representing walmart the face of walmart.. She is very unprofessional and rude and working under the influence is a hazard to others.. Safety violation.. If the situation and individual isnt professionally dealt with... Ill hire an attorney to assist with the problem.. Slander is illegal and to treat another and or speak of someone in such a way with no knowledge of who they areis wrong and gives that individual a bad reputation under false /lies from another... Your company employees this individual which puts you and your business in a spot light you don't want thank you for taking the time to read

Walmart debit card

Several months ago I purchased a Walmart moneycard and opened account and have been getting my paycheck directly deposited. My permanent card never came when I called I was told several months ago if they issued a new card the account couldn't be accessed I asked what if I opened a second card set it up and used this account til new one was ready I was assured the temporary card was good as long as I needed it. Out of the blue this morning my account is blocked the day my paycheck goes in and now I'm told I can't access my account until I get a permanent card. I do not have 1 dollar to my name and they won't allow me to even go to the money store and remove my money. I'm stuck without gas or food I don't even have words for the situation I've been left in. If my account needs the new card I should be able to to at least go to moneystore and remove funds from MY Account with MY money! I can't even drive home from work.

I understand. This is my letter to them.

I seem to have written you a book. I'm sorry, but I have been dealing with this a very
long (8 months) time.

I have a MasterCard debit card from Walmart. I have had this number for several years. The card I was using had an expiration date of 12/20.
It was working fine.
One day in April 2018 your computer decided it didn't like this one any more. I think
the code on that one was maybe 462. It (your system) was looking for something else. I found a newer one in some junk, same card #, expiration date on this one is 01/21 with
code # 964. Tried verifying my drivers license, but the site did not take the upload (more than once). Then things got worse! I have tried numerous tried to resolve this issue. Now, not only does the automated service hang up on me, but out of desperation I tried calling the corporate office to find a human AND the human hung up on me! ? Now when I go to the activation page and type in the card # the error message says this number has not been issued. WHAT? Does this mean you lost my money? I certainly hope not.
OK, the bottom line is I want my $500.00 back. How you want to give it back to me is up to you. Here are the choices.
1) If you would like to unblock my card with the $500.00 available for use. That would be fine. Keep me from having to find another card.
2) Or, you could deposit the $500.00 with an electronic bank deposit. If you choose this option I will provide banking information later. Unless you all ready have it on file.
3) There is the least convenient option for either of us. That is, drop a $500.00, Bank Check, a two party check is too hard to cash, in the paper mail to:

Walmart rainbow vacuum latch

about 2 weeks ago I ordered a vacuum latch thru Wal-Mart from top vacuum parts, llc using Walmart card # [protected]. the part was never delivered and my receipt did not have an order number so I was told they cant help me. is there any way you can help? Walmart return made

I bought my daughter an iphone 6 for christmas. I paid 149. Plus tax on my charge card . not knowing what I paid, she took it back as she didn't like it. Well she came home and said they gave her a gift card for $99. Plus tax, so I called them and told them they could look it up with my email and see that I paid $149 Plus tax, and not 99 what they told more was oh well it c was returned and she got v what she got. I told them I wanted the rest of my money and was told once again she got what they gave her. Bull crap I just spent thousands online and in the store and either I get the rest or I'm calling better business bureau for poor management and business. Never will I do any more business inn Wal-Mart. To think you Vann just steal people's hard earned money is beyond me.

Walmart sam’s club spiral ham - maple

I purchased a 10lb Spiral Sliced Ham- Maple. It has an experation date of 1/14/2019. It was for our New Years Dinner today. When I opened and was preparing to put in oven, it appeared very slimy. I thought at first it was the juices that had congealed but after follow directions fully, it was still slimy. Tasted but not good. Needless to say, through away, never again will I buy. Ruined our dinner. Walmart I don't have my receipt, but if you want this ham, contact me ASAP since it is in the trash.

Walmart walmart should get another protection plan for their customers

My warranty was for 9/16 - 9/18 on a laptop
My screen was flickering. I sent it in to be fixed 8/1/18. I got it back and it lasted long enough for my warranty to run out.
So essentially, they put a bandaid on it instead of really fixing it.
Bad customer service! Don't waste your $. Square Trade may be double the price but it would be worth it because they have 5 stars. If they did what happened to me they wouldn't have 5 stars. Amazon uses them. Looks like I'll be shopping at Amazon instead of Walmart!
Whats sad, is Walmart doesn't really care about their customers

Walmart managers

Today December 31 2018 I purchased groceries at our local walmart. I was buying alchohol and they carded me which is fine I'm 48 years old. The cashier wasn't old enough so we waited for a manager for about 15 minutes. The manager female Kimberly arrived and was not professional and had no personality. She carded my wife 43 years old she didn't have her ID. Kimberly said she could not sell the alchohol. We asked for another Manager Todd who showed up another 15 20 minutes later. Kimberly was insistant that she was not going to let me purchase alchohol even though I had the ID and my wife didn't. They couldn't make up there mind and finally Todd said no. I explained I was the one buying it and it is totally legal.
I am a retired NM Officer and there is no law that states the person with you has to have an ID when purchasing alchohol in a grocery store.. This is a family store and family members are going to be with you who aren't even 21. Kimberly is not professional and had no personality to deal with customers. I was very embarrassed as there was many people in line including the cashiers that know me.

I have tried to pick up money 2 times at Walmart and both times I have been rejected.. According to Ria it was Walmart that rejected it. I need to know why so I can call my lawyer and banks to let them know if I am a victim of fraud. This is my life and I cant really go the rest of it knowing someone stole my name and information. Walmart automotive dept

Rock Hill, SC store o Dave Lyle Blvd.
I have bought several sets of tires from this store, Goodyear Wrangler, and today I was refused service when I tried to get two replaced. The employee was rude with an attitude, "Capo" name on tag Why did two Walmarts install and sell 8 of the same tires over the 3 or 4 years and now refuse to sell and install the exact same tires? I went to the local Goodyear dealer, paid $10 more for the set, and I will never buy another tire from Walmart. Check the record as to my purchases. [protected]

Walmart ipad ordered

On Dec 20th, I ordered an iPad 128 silver for $356.14. It gave me a tracking order and date it should arrive. Order number [protected]. Now a email shows up saying the order was canceled for no reason. Contacted walmart. They said that sometimes happens, for no reason order gets canceled. they cancel the order. I would have to reorder. Problem is it is now $100.00 more. All I got is a sorry. Just reorder. No help, no let's straighten it out, just reorder for a $100.00. More.

Walmart managers on duty and female security guard

We were at Wal-Mart Christmas eve at 5:30pm which was closing at 6pm. My daughter left her credit card in the car. We had a basket full to check out. It was then 5:45pm. My daughter went out to get her credit card and the manager so rudly would not let her back into the store. My daughter told her she had her items in the cart and that her mom (me) was inside waiting. The manager finally let her in but made the security officer walk with her to make sure she did not do any more shopping. The guard even said to my daughter how ridiculous it all was and she herself could not wait to get out of the store. Her total was over $100. If that manager had her way Wal-Mart would have lost a purchase and she did not care. She did however cost Wal-Mart several $$ due to not letting people inside 15 minutes before closing. There were dozens of people trying to come in at 5:45pm and the manager on duty was turning them away. As a Wal-Mart supporter and customer I was very disappointed and upset. But to see that security guard physically walking my already insecure daughter to me as if she had done something wrong was very upsetting. In am not sure I will be going to Wal-Mart again because of the managers at this location and the way my daughter was treated. It was Christmas eve and my daughter was in tears. I know one person cannot make a change but I was not going to let this kind of behavior pass without letting head quarters know how we and many people in our town was treated on December 24, 2018 in Humble Tx 77346 by the managers and security guard at this location. Very upset mom!

Walmart not giving advertised price

I went to Wal-Mart in Clarksville, In after going online and searching for price for Zelda Switch game. It stated 3 units and price $45 in stock. Went to store and they had the units locked in a cabinet so no one else would have any in their cart waiting to pay as they make you pay when they get it out. The price their was $59.99 and they would not honor their own price. I spoke with asst manager who said he did not have to honor advertised price from Wal-Mart. Pleases keep in mind this is a Wal-Mart location. A CSM I know said price should have been honored by company policy. I will no longer shop at any Wal-Mart. I purchased the item at Best Buy who honored Wal-Mart price.

Walmart toy puppy

I went to Walmart this morning at 7 am searching for a $10 toy gift for an active child. There was another couple shopping in same aisle and we both loved a puppy dog that barked and wagged his tale. There were around 6 of them and a cat and two price stickers under them stated $9.99; the other lady agreed that they would buy one as they were searching for a $10 toy as well. I went up to pay at self checkout and it rang $14.97. First, there wasn't an employee around. I waited and finally saw a lady coming my way and I asked is there any help? She said yes, she could help me. She had to call for a manager, who did not come. About 5 minutes later she opted to change the price on her own and right when I was paying the manager she called finally showed up. She took the dog and said she would be need to go price check it. I was in a hurry as a million other things to do on Christmas Eve. I said, I will go back of store with you and show you as I am in a hurry. She apologized for the wait and on way back she said it probably was in the wrong place as the store was a mess because they could not hire enough people because they could not pass drug tests. I said that is funny as I know someone that has been trying to get hired here for 2 weeks and can pass a drug test. I understand when an item gets put in the wrong place by another customer, however there were at least 6 dogs and a cat in this spot so an employee must have put it in the wrong place. As a customer I did not want to hear her excuses. She also made an insulting comment to me, this store is a mess because we have been so busy. Haven't you been shopping at all? If so you would not how busy retail is at this time of year. Well yes, I am spent lots of monies and been shopping several days. My husband and I have both worked retail for several years and would never treat a customer as she treated me. We went back and I showed her the other dogs all in the same place with 2 stickers under them (another had been taken by the other couple). She said these are in the wrong place, as these stickers are not for this product and she ripped them off the shelf instead of putting the dogs in the correct place. I believe she was a front end manager - wish I would have gotten her name, but I have seen her several times and will know her IF I EVER RETURN! She was all dressed up in sweater, leggings and all in holiday decor. I am sure she could have won a contest for being the most festively dressed, but a scrooge in customer service award. When I went into the store she was in the woman wear section with about 4 other employees all standing around talking. Maybe if the employees were actually working, your store would not be a mess! This is the reason I waited so long at front checkout also because she was back there chatting. Anyway she was adamant that the product was $14.97 and I told her she could keep it and she still kept complaining to me. She was so unprofessional. If she was so unhappy about working on Christmas Eve than maybe she needs to find other employment than retail. She was so winey and made my shopping experience at Walmart very unappreciated. There are enough stores in my area that I do not need Walmart and probably won't go back. I then went to another store and found another dog about the same that I purchased for $9.99. I thought the customer was always right, but this woman made it a point to made sure I was wrong; I think because she was unhappy. I can return and get her name if you would like it. I wish I could have been a secret shopper during this incident; your store would have bombed!

Walmart walmart protection plans and savings catcher complaints

This complaint has to do with the Walmart Protection Plans Website. I have submitted over the last several years 9 different product care plans. I had to enter the name of the product, the model #, the serial # for all the products I had purchased the additional protection for. Now, when I finally find my way back in to see the products I have registered, I see nothing but the receipts. It shows nothing else. I have no way to tell which ones are expired or what the product was to begin with. I think this is a complete bunch of [censored]. I took all that time to enter all that info in there to help me with knowing and you guys just erase it all and make things a big pain in the [censored]. I will never purchase another product from Walmart until they fix this website and put it back to the way it was before. You guys are just a big corporate ripoff machine that wants to make your loyal customers miserable and make things difficult for everyone but yourselfs. Your company is greedy and selfish and I really do hope and pray for the worst for this company. Another thing while I am on here. You folks did the same type of bullcrap with your so called savings catcher. Making it more difficult to enter in your receipt. I know why you folks did this and it is purely greed. Have a not so merry christmas and a terrible New Year too.

Walmart auto oil change, filter change and tires rotation

They didn't do the service correctly
So I went to Walmart auto center at Everett, Washington to change my car oil and filter and to rotate my tires it was 2pm so they asked me to wait so after 3hours waiting I asked them what is the problem because I see my car from the window is locked and nobody doing anything with it so they told me just tires rotation so in 2 minutes they asked me to pay for the services they did so I asked them a sample question how you rotated my car tires in 2 minutes really (charging fees for things that not done scam) anyway I paid the fee and then I took my car and driving back home and it shows me on screen Maintenance required how is that so I went back to Walmart auto service and they wanna me to wait in the line outside the auto center wow waiting again to explain my issue then the worker told me take your car to Toyota to resolve this issue so I told him ok after the long waiting you are telling me to go to Toyota and then I told him ok make me a refund and I go to Toyota so he didn't answer to me with yes or no so I went inside the Walmart and the girl was so rude to to me she told me we not going to refund anything so then I realized that she charged me for chassis lubricant that is not for Toyota Prius C (my car) and that they didn't performed this service so I told her and she agreed after she asked the guy that changed my oil (if it's really he changed my car oil)then she refund me the chassis lubricant fee but not the oil and rotation fees so in all that nobody told me sorry wow instead everyone in Walmart (Walmart worker)was blaming me anyway I after 30 minutes so total waiting maybe 4hours they resolved the issue so I took my car and back home wooooow I'm driving my car and my speed 80 so I got confused so after I checked everything while I'm driving I realized that they changed my oddometer from ML to Kilometer this way my speed 80 kL not ml can you imagine so how I can trust that they changed the oil and they did the filter change and rotated i got the most bad experience in my life and I'm still waiting for a refund . I'm waiting for refund because honestly I will go to Toyota to perform this services again .

Walmart cashier

I sent the following message to Walmart.com some time ago. I even phoned the store and spoke with a male who identified himself as being a part of the supervisory team and was told that the store manager would contact me. I never heard from anyone. On today 11/30/18 around 730pm we (my family of three) visited the Walmart on Henry st here in Muskegon, MI. My daughter who's 13 turned in some soda cans and waited in line lane 7 with a cashier who's badge identified her as Karen. My daughter waited in line by herself as my husband sat on the bench waiting for her to checkout. I had stayed outside in the van. My daughter waited in line at least 20 minutes and once it was her turn the cashier serviced the people behind her. At some point my husband went to join my daughter but decided to go to customer service rather than to confront the cashier. Once I was informed of the situation we all went inside and I confronted the cashier. She said that she didn't know why my daughter had been in line. I insisted that what she should have done was to acknowledge my daughter then she would've ascertained why my child had waited in line all of that time only for her to be rudely not acknowledged. Rather than to extend an apology Karen rudely said that I could speak with her boss. The first representative that I spoke with was awesome and seemed to really care and want resolve. However the cashier's boss who's badge identified her as Stephanie originally tried approaching the situation as if my 13 yr old should have done something differently and it was only when me and the other store rep insisted that all the cashier should have done was to have acknowledged my daughter that she agreed and said that she was going to speak with Karen. I doubt that she will as she didn't seem to be very customer oriented herself. My family shops at Walmart a lot and Im dismayed at tonight's visit; very unacceptable. Id like to put in a grievance or complaint with corporate.

Walmart 1000 walmart gift card

I did all that was ask for the 1, 000 walmart gift card. Was on 60/100 done I choose disney books for $1.00 paid with my card subscribed for $15 a month how it told to me to do so. Finish with the order gave me confirmation number and was exit of the walmart gift card email I went back and had to start all over asking to pay another claim...! Not fair I want an answer of why they are doing this to people..

Walmart curb pick up, employee and manager.

I was at the Silsbee, Texas location to do curb pick up today. I drive about 20 miles to pick up at Walmart. I picked up my groceries and go home just to realize half the food was missing, about $50 worth. I call to see what I'm supposed to do and was fighting with them for an actual hour. It started with me being hung up on twice, transferred to the wrong department 4 times, long wait times, one lady telling me she doesn't know how to transfer and just hung up. I asked for a manager multiple times at this point and was told they don't know where one is. I guess finding one isn't an option there. Then I got to the right department. Was told I didn't even order the items I said was missing and I told her she must be looking at the wrong order, she said she wasn't (with an attitude)..turns out she was. But before she realized that, she didn't know how to fix the issue and instead of figuring it out she just told me to call an 800# and I KNEW they couldn't help and she was just putting it off on someone else because someone at an 800# can't find my groceries. The manager was next to this lady talking back and forth and when I asked to talk to her I was just put on hold but the same lady came back. Then the guy who put the groceries in my car the first time got on the phone and he's the one that told me they're looking at the wrong order but was basically telling me that I got all my food. I guess saying I was making it up to get free food? I was done at this point, I told him I was getting my food I PAID for so he needs to figure out how to find it. Puts me on hold and comes back to tell me my food was left in the freezer area, so I could come get it. No apologies from any of these people. I wasted gas going 80 miles since I had to make 2 trips. I have never had such a bad experience in my life and I constantly use Instacart and Shipt, I was just trying to give Walmart a try but this is what happens on my second time. I really don't know if I'll ever go back, for pick up or to even go in the store. When Instacart is late or nesses up, they give you credit, so does Shipt. Just for being 45 minutes late once they gave 20$ credit and I spent more than that in just gas today. Not one person today tried to make this right and that's what I'm most disappointed in. Really terrible experience that took up about 4 hours of my day when I had SO many other things to do and had my 3 year old with me. I have never written an email like this or contacted corporate about an experience at a store but I've also never been treated this badly. Again, this was the silsbee Texas location, the Walmart in my town doesn't offer pick up.

Update*** I emailed the customer service on the corporate page and was told days later that my complaint would be sent to the manager at that store. The same manager that didn't care to even get on the phone with me and did absolutely nothing to correct this.
