Walmart

I received a refund check for overpayment of my medicine for $16.64 walmart would not cash their check unless I gave them my social security # and $ 4.00 since I paid with a credit card, they should have refunded my account with an apology at least. With the technology of today all I would have to do is give them my photo id and they surely would know who I was and then again it was their check to me. Maybe their check was a fraud.
