1, received a voice ail message from pharmacy to come in and get last Shingles shot
2. was told at the counter that an appointment was needed I was to call the 88 number
3. Called the number and was told they don't make appointments. Send an email. They neglected to furnish an email address
This run around was totally unnecessary. The counter person was rude, unprofessional and nasty to the core. She could have easily given me an appointment and avoided the aggravation that followed. I will never use another Walgreens for anything again or recommend another person to use it either. Bottom line, I still do not have an address to file for an appointment for my shot. I will, however look for someplace else to give my money in exchange for the shot. This ordeal was a disgusting disgrace to your operations. Shame on Walgreens!

On 03/20/22 at 2:06 pm I visited Walgreens Store #[protected] Potranco Rd. San Antonio, TX 78251. Along with other items I purchased your Mariella brand butter cookies in a red tin can. Batch no: BCM1808, BBD: 02/17/2023. I purchased them because the package said Original Danish and the picture on the package looked like the original Royal Dansk Danish butter cookie.
When I opened the package I noticed they are not the same cookies as shown on the package and of course do not taste like the Original Royal Dansk butter cookie. The package also says, “Original Danish recipe”. This is false advertising and I will be returning the product for my money back.
This experience was disappointing and depressing. I am contemplating notifying the Federal Trade Commission in order to protect further customers from purchasing this item.

Rude Service\Never again. Walgreens Pharmacy Wentworth and Ridge Lansing IL 60438
On three different occasions, I was treated rude at this location. This occured twice in the drive thru and this time on the phone for my prescription assistance or just picking up my Prescriptions which were magickly not in stock for eight days. I do understand that there is or was a Health Crisis because I also was involved in the response for ARC. Anyway, we are all under pressure I understand that but to take patient information on the phone and then put them on hold without telling them and then hanging up on them is just plain unacceptable and rude. They need to either train staff there or why don't you replace them with some H1C Visa's they would be hard to understand but at least they wouldn't act entitled or be rude to Clients. 11:15AM 03/19/2022

Prescription refilling
Since November of 2021, I have had nothing but problems with Walgreen's.
Unless and until I call, my prescription for Gabapentin is not filled. Whereas at one point Walgreen's re-filled an anti-anxiety prescription THREE times in one week, until I stopped it.
The app will give me an estimated time, and that time stays the same, even several days past. So, today, Mar 17, the app told me that my prescription would be ready yesterday at 4 pm. It will say the same tomorrow. Or it would, if I hadn't cancelled it because I'm going to go to a different pharmacy. Not that you care. If you cared, you would have fixed this by now. I'm not the only person complaining, which you obviously know.
Why bother offering the convenience of an app for requesting refills, when I have to call every single time? What is the point? How much frustration and pain are you going to pile onto to those of us already dealing with frustration and pain of terminal cancer? Is there a single human being working for your company?
Is this some sort of new policy? Give us more of what we don't want, regardless, and nothing at all of what we actually need because we have a terminal cancer?

Desired outcome: I would like an explanation for why you instituted this new policy of not filling prescriptions in a timely manner, and I would like to know how you think it's working for your customers.

My doctor from UC Davis sends in my prescription on the 16th of every month by fax to this pharmacy. I call on the 17th to make sure it's ready for pick-up and price. I have been doing this for 6 years in Patterson, California where I retired, and prior to that 7 years in Citrus Heights, California. I am 71 years old, this prescription is for Norco's.
This is an ongoing problem with Walgreens.
First I could pick my prescription up 4 days before the due date of the 20th.
Then it was 3 days before the due date of the 20th.
Then it was one day before the 20th
Now it's the 20th.
Prices for the same drug over time 48.00, 37.00 28.00, now 22.00.
This is what bothers me, they have the prescription on the 17th to fill from my doctor. I have another prescription to pick up as well this time. I want to pick up both together considering gas prices in California are at $6.59, regular gas per gallon. I live in a rural area so driving 7-20 miles is normal, now I really must plan my route and routine care.
Is Walgreens trying to save me from getting a prescription 3 days early...please!
Desired outcome: Walgreen's, if you received a prescription from a valid doctor.. fill the prescription that day. Stop trying to be the doctor, I have one!
Unable to get pain medication due to pharmacist claiming that she can't fill it until the 17th.
I am a 66 yr senior who suffers from severe orthopedic arthritis. My primary physician prescribed Tramadol 50 mg for pain relief. I am scheduled for two hip replacements in the future. The pharmacist (Dancy-Robert Wood Johnson location in New Brunswick) refused to fill it until March 17th and I would receive it on the 18th. That leaves me with 3 days of no pain relief. This medication was placed on the level 4 narcotic list and should not be on this list. Its non addictive and is the only effective pain medication. This pharmacist talked down to me and implied that I was a drug addict. This pharmacists continued to state that the medication was a controlled substance and that she would not fill a prescription for someone who is abusing it. I was shocked at her ignorance and her attitude, I also filled a complaint with the New Jersey patient advocate office and contacted my physician's office.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive my medication ASAP as I will be out of my medication as of tomorrow March 15,2022. I also would like this pharmacist to understand how negative her behavior is and suggest she receive customer service training,
Pharmacy staff/RUDE/discrimination
I have been a customer of your stores for quite some time now. Before I get into my issue, I must let you know that I am diagnosed with scoliosis, spinal stenosis, degenerative L4&L5. I am in a prison of chronic pain and I am also poor. I do agree that the opioid crisis in the U.S.needs addressing. I am PRESCRIBED a pain medication that HELPS my condition. I also understand your company has policies and DEA regulations to follow, but I have a LEGITIMATE prescription that was given to me by my Doctor. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to TRY to fill it, I'm made to feel like a criminal. I have had a mental breakdown in your store because of the attitude and rudeness the staff. I know that my $155 has no meaning to your gigantic company, but good Lord what is going on with your stores? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME! Rude, unprofessional, attitude, absolutely ridiculous behavior. I have actually heard pharmacy staff make a racial and extremely hurtful comment about me. I wanted this to be in all caps but your site wouldn't allow-TOO MANY CAPS. Wow, that's just...WOW.
March 19,2022 I went to get my prescriptions filled and when I gave the cashier my credit card she said it didn't go thru so i used my debit card and all was fine until I arrived home. I went to my credit card information only to find the purchase for $60.00 did go thru, then I checked my bank and that was also used for the $60.00. I went back to the store and the female cashier said there was nothing they could do and she and the other cashier along with the pharmacist laughed. to me it is no laughing matter. I am now dealing with management to have this problem solved I will find out in the next two days. The pharmacy I have been using for many years and where this happened is located in Baltimore Maryland, Eastern Ave. and Haven Street..P>S> I am a senior citizen 88 years of age the cashiers were young African ladies and the Pharmacist was a Muslin wearing the scarf on her head. I am about ready to look for a new pharmacy because Walgreens does not always have the best prices.

I visited Wal Greens on March 3 around 11:30am. I saw online where this Kingwood location has some ginger chews in stock to help with my nauseous symptoms. Upon arriving I looked in a few aisles for the item and couldn't find it. So I went to the pharmacy to see if someone could come help me find the item. One of the girls went to get the pharmacists and the pharmacist came to the desk and asked what I was looking for and I told. She directed me to look at two aisle that I already looked at and said if they're not on those aisle then we probably don't have the item, but from online it showed they had a lot of them in stock. So I asked her what her name was because I felt it was very rude and lazy of her not to come help me find the item as other pharmacists there has done for me in the past. She told me her name but I can't remember. I wanted to bring this to the attention of whoever is the manager of this location because I felt this was pure laziness and not a good example of trying to help a customer. I was not to please that she didn't help me much, that I didn't bother looking and decided to go to a different Walgreens where the pharmacist actually came from behind the counter to assist me.
Desired outcome: Would like for his to be addressed with staff in the pharmacy department.

On March 6, 2022 I went through the drive-through of the #05604 store to pick up 3 prescriptions. I was told that only one was ready and to come back in 2 hours to pick up all 3. On March 8, 2022, I went inside the store to pick up my prescriptions. I stood there for over half an hour while Sadie tried to find my prescriptions. I told her that I received a text message that all 3 prescriptions were ready for pick up.
Sadie advised me that only 2 prescriptions were ready and that one was lost somewhere. When I asked her why the 3rd prescription was not ready (I did not raise my voice to her) she said she had no idea and told me to not take an attitude with her. She said whoever you talked to is the person you need to take this up with and not me. She was very nasty. Then she crumpled up my receipt into a little ball and through it into my bag.
I had just transferred my prescriptions over from Walmart. Now I'm sorry I did and I will be transferring them somewhere else.
Stop hiding items, train your staff to fulfill orders as requested.
I have two complaints one specific to the location i visit. The location I visit is in Tempe, AZ off of Mill and Broadway. This location never substitutes items when I select substitutions are approved. They also say items are out of stock when they are not. I’m not sure if you need to train people or if they are doing it on purpose.
The second is Walgreens hides items off their website so that you can’t use them with certain discounts or coupons.
Undelivered order
I made a purchase at Walgreens order #[protected] value $80.88 is sent by FedEx: [protected] says it was signed in our company by Saantis Monday 2/21/2022 at 9:21 am but there is no such person in our company and the product was not delivered I'm in the loss, I contacted Walgreens via website sometimes said they are not responsible for bad service, on the Fedex website I can not complete the complaint always of the error, I as a customer I am abandoned by Walgreens and FedEx and I am without my products that were purchased injury and without any response from both companies!

Pharmacy/male pharmacist is demeaning and makes it so hard to get prescriptions if you have transportation problems. Pharmacist Chibuike O. actually punished me because I dared to question why my prescription status on the system told me the time it would be ready, and upon arrival, a pharmacy tech apologized and told me it would be ready in 45 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes, I was told he would not be filling the prescription at all and I would have to come back tomorrow. He said he "went back" on my prescription and I had gotten it 2 days early the month before. This pharmacy has changed their hours and are only open until 6pm on weekdays and some days do not open until 10am. Therefore, the only time someone can pick the prescriptions up for me is on the weekend. My doctor called it in for me on Friday. My insurance will pay for it today, Sunday, so WHY, because they are running behind am I to suffer? Playing God with peoples medications is cruel and should be criminal. This man does not care that a family member drove 30 minutes to provide transportation to pick the medication up, waited the additional 45 minutes on her day off to be told he was punishing me. Now, I will do WITHOUT my required medication until I can get a ride between their shortened hours. The poor, disabled, and dependent customers are the ones targeted by this pharmacist. He knows he can treat people this way. It is very abusive and dishonest.
Desired outcome: This pharmacist needs to be removed. No one should disregard a physicians and insurances order to fill a prescription. The automated system as well as the pharmacy staff should have some trust value.
Rude pharmacy staff
The kids working at the pharmacy register is completely lost. He does not know what he's doing. The girl at the pharmacy drive thru tried to help supposedly, but she was rude and acted more like everything was a bother to her. I tried to get prescription transferred to CVS and been at cvs trying to get through for 45 minutes. I call and a girl picks up and she's rude. Like too bad have cvs call us not you. So I hold for pharmacy manager or something. The pharmacist from day before answers and apologized

As a healthcare retired person I am knowledgeable of my healthcare need. I "hate" to be put on hold and receive the same #message in the waiting call of getting a vaccine which I do not need, want, or plan to get. It's the same as me holding on a call to ask me to "fill a form for a loan insisting that it is good for me". Please take down this add which only serves to maintain a rhetoric that's being debunked by world renown virologists. Mainly when natural immunity is better than a vaccine. Thank you for listening.
Desired outcome: Stop repeating the vaccine rhetoric of CoVid 19 which was from 2019. It mutated to Delta 2020, then to Omicron 2021, we are in a new face for 2022. thanks. Covid 19 is dead. Thanks.
Covid-19 pcr test
I had an international flight scheduled for 2/18/2022, 11:05 PM.
A negative Covid-19 test was required 72 hours before departure.
On 2/16/2022, 9:22 AM I took the test at Walgreen Pharmacy located in 314 Applegarth Road, Monroe Township, NJ.
On 2/17/2022, I attempted to view the results but it said that there is no such packett number. After several tries with same results, I called AEGIS (the lab Walgreens uses in... Tennessee) and I was told to check every 4 hours.
Later that evening I got a note on my inquiry that the packet arrived damaged and the test cannot be performed.
On the morning of my flight, 2/18/2022 I could not a free rapid test and had to pay $199. for that test in order to be eligible to board my flight.
Here is the line from my Credit Card statement:

Desired outcome: It would be only fare that Walgreens will compensate me for the $200 I paid to have that Covid-19 test.
store on MIddlefield in Palo Alto, CA
Thursday, about 1:00 pm. on March 2nd, 2022. This was the first say that our county, Santa Clara County, AFTER Disneyland said it was okay, AFTER Los Angeles, AFTER San Francisco, and even AFTER the CDC, finally said we did not have to wear a mask. So, into the store, I did not. However, it caused such a near panic, It was like I was naked. One very angry man wearing a mask pointed me out to the cashier, who with great alarm, told me I would have to leave or they would be shut down!
Could you please inform your store on Middlefield in Palo Alto, that it is okay now--and may I add, I have had three vax shots and numerous negative tests, for people to decide for themselves whether or not they want to wear a mask. thanks.

Returns Policy
Date and time is irrelevant because this is a corporate policy according to the cashier at Walgreens in Arvada, CO. This did happen in the last 2 months Jan./Feb. 2022. I purchased a Walgreens branded item and one other item. Due to circumstances that were far more important I could not get back to the store for over a month. The cashier told me they would not accept the return as store policy was not to take anything back if it was sold over 30 days ago. I explained that we got a prescription item from Walgreens for the item in question. It made no difference. I can understand where they might not take back an item that was a brand other than the Walgreens brand but to not take back their own product is ludicrous. What difference could 10 days make? Needless to say, my family will never purchase anything from Walgreens again. We have been getting our prescriptions filled there for years and you would think that would give some credence to our honesty. This policy needs to be amended to no more than 60 days giving people with much larger problems at the time to get something back to the store.

Drive thru
We just waited 15 min in the drive thru line to have the window closed in our face because of lunchtime. Not everyone knows the hours for your lunch. I realize everyone needs a lunchtime and I don't have a problem with this. The problem could be avoided if a cone or maybe a light child be installed so customers could see the closed sign before waiting in line. Please have a little respect for your customers
