Waffle House review: Service

I went to the new Silsbee TX Waggle House and saw a uniformed, on duty waitress sitting with her family instead of attending her customers which is a bad look. She got up and took my order then sat back down with her family. She brought some of the order and began checking out a customer and did not get the rest of my order. instead she went began to sit with her family and another waitress brought my food but it had gotten cold. She did not clean after the customer that left but began to clean after her family while people needed a place to sit. Another thing is while I eat I do not need someone to hover and continually ask if I am OK. Not if they keep bugging me. The last thing is the manager saw all of this and did not intervene. When I waitressed we were never seen sitting uniformed sitting at a table and neglecting customers. I am not happy about this.
