On July 28 2023, I was a customer at Waffle House in Randleman, NC. I witnessed a Waffle House corporate trainer reprimand and yell at a server in front of all the customers and workers.

We eat at this Waffle House weekly and the server is always very friendly and does his job well.

Please check into this. Everyone should know, especially corporate trainers that you reprimand in private and praise in public. How completely unprofessional this trainer was. This is how you loose good employees.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response that this complaint was received and handled in some way. I'm sure given the above information and location of the incident that you can find out what trainer was assigned to that store.
