Vueling Airlines bad service no refund

Vueling has really bad service and refund policy.

As a regelar flyer between Barcelona and Amsterdam Im forced to use a lot of Vueling flights.
I know they hardly fly on time so that isn't even a surprise anymore.

During the Icelandic ash clouds they couldn't perform 4 flights that I was suposed to take.
Not their mistake but, not giving me my money back or giving me alternative flights is!
I phoned send emails etc. etc. went to the Vueling desk in Amsterdam and in Barcelona with one result, nothing! No we didn't get you emails, sorry we can't refund, it's your own misstake you should have reacted within 7 days (something I did of course...)

29th of september all of spain was in strike and once again no flight for me.
And once again no return of any money no other flight and NO service at all!

VUELING is cheap and it shows!

On flight number VY830 from London Gatwick to Barcelona, Spain, when I got to my residence, items have been stolen from my luggage. The stolen items are a pair of brand new Air Jordan's value over £120. Also, my luggage was moved around and left in a disastrous state.

Our flight on the 17th February was cancelled and so I requested a refund.

I was asked for bank details which I gave and I am still waiting for the refund.

I have all documentation, re issued tickets, receipts for lust luggage dates etc.

I have sent numerous complaints and have received NO follow up. this was in July 13th 2022.

I would appreciate a follow up and compensation for what turned into a night mare of a holiday!

My flight from Valencia to Paris was overbooked. I filled out a form ad was told I would receive a refud in 7 days. Despite numerous calls to a robot I have not received anything yet from Vueling,

Three weeks after requesting compensation for delayed baggage, the compensation amount was not deposited.
My friend who applied with me received a reward. Why am I still processing?
My reference number is 1-[protected].
Please let me know when to wait for the compensation.

Boarding was refused because of the recipisse de la demande de titre de sejour
I had been travelling using this document already but never refused.
I lodged a complaint and did not receive any reply. All my next flights and reservations booked were wasted.
Need compensation of all the flights

23 April /Vueling Airlines Ibiza /VY3523 lost our luggage, in that luggage was all our personal things and medication that we need it so much.Its unnacceptable this kind of comportament, there was things that we depended.

The treatment we received at ORLY airport from the management with reference to this Airline (on 10/7/15) was absolutely unacceptable. We were waiting to check in for over 40 minuets because the line was moving at a glacial speed.when we reached the counter at 12.47pm we were told that the boarding gate closed at12.45pm. We were then asked to go to the ticket counter, the people there told us to speak to the manager in charge. The manager was extremely rude and insisted that we missed the announcement when in reality the person making announcements (miss Accueil) went to people personally to tell them about the flight. She never approached us and the announcement was made in French, she even accused us of not being in the line which is ridiculous. 4 other passengers besides us missed their flight in this manner and the manager had the audacity to ask us if we thought the person making the announcement was lying and she told us that this happens all the time. Was she possibly RACIST? She also told us we should've known our boarding gate shuts 45 minutes in advance. It is disrespectful to talk to your clients this way and we couldn't help but wonder if this was related to the possibility that at Vueling overbooked their seats. We went back to the ticket counter and asked for available flight tickets on the same day and we were told that there were no flights available. Shortly after, we found tickets online for the same evening . We can't help but notice that the Vueling management is extremely incompetent and very rude, please consider hiring people that are better informed because this makes for very poor service and absolute disregard for people's time and money.

Reference is made about my refund, I am a member of vueling I always fly eu to eu with vueling airline, ref is made that I book my flight with vueling Bcn to Naples I came airport early 2 hours before but very big ques so when my turn come its 50 minitue left so the rep of vueling says gate is close for the flight of Naples go to Constomer service in airport I been Constomer service there is a lady I said I need to go today at Naples she says sir we have rome flight today no Naples I said ok book my flight to rome, she ask my debit card and charge 129€ give me the paper said after 6 hours so I sleep in the airport when I wake up after 3 hours I chk the ticket she by mistake book my flight to Naples next day I go again In airport vueling costumer service I said need to go today but the lady again book my flight for tomarrow the reception guy said your money will rufund 129€ in your account no worries I made your rufund letter kindly 5 till 6 days money will rufund into your band account, but I still watting money never rufund I m very des pointed. About your service kindly rufund my money 129€ into my bank account I enclused my rufund letter with vueling stamp kindly rufund my money vueling charge me it's the vueling Constomer service in airport mistake not mine even she says it will rufund 6 working days kindly rufund it back thanks
