Vons review: parking ticket at vons - having parked and rv going shopping

Me and my husband were in Vons at Manhattan Beach on the 28th of June, shopping, and our kids were waiting in the rented RV. We are from Denmark and had just rented the RV since we landed on June 27.
There are no parking lots for RVs at that particular Vons so we had to park taking up 3-4 parking spaces, assuming that the forthcomingness as to RVs of Walmart would apply for Vons as well.
We were in the shop for about one hour, as we had to buy a lot, in all $360, 34. When we were at the counter, our 14 year old son called us saying that there was a guy outside saying that he will tow the RV away - with the kids. My husband ran out immediately and was confronted by a very aggressive man that said "you are ruining my business". So we assume he is the manager of Vons store. Despite my husband apologizing to the manager, he was very aggressive and sneered: "Well I'am sorry that you are sorry".
My husband was confused and stated that there were several free parking lots (two thirds of the space was free), so maybe the problem was not that big. The manager answered aggressively "don't argue with me" and that "I already ticketed you".
The fine is $53.
My husband immediately moved the RV. And we went away with goods from Vons for $360, 34.
For us as a family this represented not only a bad start on our holiday, but also a peculiar experience with Vons that we used to consider a good and respectable store.
For us, it doesn't seem reasonable to pay a fine of $53 for shopping in your store. Furthermore, we believe that a rude manager should be reproven.
We enclosed the parking ticket and a copy of the bank transaction. Apparently, that has not happened before the 2nd of July
