Vons review: deli service

Many people work nearby to this Vons store in KoreaTown. I like to come to the Vons deli section to have a sandwich made for my lunch during my lunch break. Unfortunately the service is so slow and the quality of my sandwich is so poor that I won't continue shopping or having sandwiches made at this Vons. During one of the busiest times (lunchtime), there was only one employee behind the deli counter. This includes the hot prepared foods, and the sandwich-making station. The line was extremely long and it took a VERY long time for customers to be helped. It takes WAY too long for these employees to make a sandwich, and they are always missing ingredients like bacon. And today they did not have any salt when I asked for salt and pepper on my sandwich. Also today I asked for the sandwich to be toasted and it came out absolutely burnt. The employee remade one side of the sandwich when I said that was not acceptable, but by that time I was late getting back to work. This store is a mess and something needs to be done about it. This is not the poor quality I have come to expect from Vons and I am very disappointed.
