I was given a remote start for Christmas - it has been paid for and quoted an amount for install - I made an appointment and dropped off my car they said it would take 2-3 hours - after several hours I called for an update and was told they were having trouble with the software - then they called me back and said they couldn't install it because they needed parts (keys) which I didnt understand - ok - the nice man at the desk apologized and said they should be in about 3 days and there would be no extra charge for them - so I waited - no call - I calle back an was told there was a problem - someone called back to say they had never been ordered. they would take care of it should be about a week
I wait almost 2 weeks and call back - I was passed around and got some rude man on the phone - that said they are back ordered - he has no idea - could be a week - 2 weeks - 3 months - he had no idea
In the mean time they have my almost $700 of paid for parts there - with no expectation in site

Desired outcome: I really want my parts installed and for them to live up to the agreement that my son made with them when he paid for remote start
