Unethical and non professional behavior
I have a complaint about Faisal Khan and his team. He makes big claims about his institute and he also introduce you to some of his students at his center. As soon as you submit fees, you will realize that it was all fraud. Let me summarize:
1. He may have good knowledge but he will not give his proper time to you. He lacks sense of proper communication. He doesn't seem to be interested in replying your emails and messages. He doesn't realize that student submit their hard earned money to him. He takes everything for granted.
2. The students he will introduce, doesn't know any [censored] about IT, AWS or Cisco. They are all freebies roaming around his center, doing useless activities, making tea and enjoy food all the time. They only memorize one word that is "Project". In fact they hardly know anything about project.
3. He has students from specific nationalities. Mostly bangalis. That's sound fishy.
4. There is his assistant Ali, who is also very irresponsible, unprofessional and very confused guy. He also lacks proper communication. Please stay away from these cheaters
Message to Faisal: If you need money, you can ask openly. We can give charity to you so that you can run your kitchen. But please don't rip off people in the name of voice boot camp and false claims.
If you are doing business, Please consider these points:
1. Hire very dedicated and professional staff.
2. Learn the art of proper communication
3. Have some ethics and dont take everything for granted
4. Deliver what you always claim/promise.

I paid for a course which was for a course in barcelona and I live in the uk so going to europe was a lot easier to do and cheaper than going to canada or india where he does most of his courses.
He cancelled and I have tried to get my money back but he will not get back to me and also complained on their helpdesk, again nothing. He is conning people out of money all around the world.

I have a Cisco and juniper network infrastructure background and I Learned VoIP and UCCE from Voicebootcamp from scratch. The teaching methodology that is developed at that school is an excellent one . I never had any issues downloading and playing videos I know they encrypted for copyright purposes and with limited time based on the deal package but other than that all good and, If i need more time to view the video I just ask the owner and he releases a grace period without any issues . The teacher gave us step by step PDF labs and unlimited access to the LAB equipment 24/7 . I've seen student from across the globe travels to the Voicebootcamp just to attend the bootcamps session.
I had no issues learning and understanding the technology taught to me. The owner gave us 24/7 access. All of the student that I know are dedicated. I've done a lot of hands on which help me to be very proficient on what I do. The comment in here are not real and not true . If one of you have an issue contact the owner directly, or visit the school by yourself and if you have access it is open 24/7 .
I like VoiceBootcamp and their Videos, the step by step labs for Voip and AWS I've learned a good deal of technology that I know use at work and keep getting the raise$$$$ hands on labs are very important

videos don't work, nobody ever available to fix the issue, or lackluster response to correcting problems
Not a place you want to buy anything. Constant problems, poor security on the media application used for videos play, no timely response (more than a week) to inquiries about problems, etc.
Out of all the training material I have ever purchased, this is the only occurrence of actual problems I've experienced where I paid and never actually got all the videos, nor been able to watch them. Initially I tested this company to determine if they may have been acceptable for our business enterprise, but it failed when all of the videos couldn't be delivered, and further failed due to lack of acceptable communication. Save your money and go to a real company like INE or elsewhere where videos can be delivered properly and watched.
This places gives the run around. This is the company to truly be aware of that you will be taken for your money.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Faisal has been an outstanding teacher and Guide for the Cisco UC and CC. He is always available whenever support is required. I wish him all the success.
I am connected with Voice Bootcamp Inc., around 6 years now. I have never faced any difficulty to access services. The CEO and trainer Mr. Faisal Khan is very generous to teach, guide, and advice achieving my goals during these years around.
I am still participating his on-line training courses and any ex-student can join free requesting him for the online training link.
Voice Bootcamp training videos are well-protected need user names and passwords to access and any user can install these videos only on two computers.

VOICEBOOTCAMP (VC) not in a just name, it is the meaning of success.in the CISCO Collaboration field, a leader name is VC. I'm really happy to get a chance to learn here and surprised that VC has given 24/7 LAb access for practicing. Faisal is a very sincere and cooperative trainer who always takes care of the students.

We need to look at our own efforts and dedication before making pointing out our fingers on others. I attended Faisal's seminar twice before joining Voicebootcamp. He always says that to make six figures, we have to make a sincere and dedicated effort for six months in order to achieve that goal. I got all his videos as soon as I got admitted there. He always encouraged us to see all the videos before attending any of his class which makes everyone to understand his lecture. The best thing I liked about him is; he shows the hands on lab while giving lectures. This way every student can understand how the technology works. After attending his lectures in the weekend, we need to practice all his labs and all lab facilities are always available there. Even if you can's attend the bootcamp doesn't matter. You can do all the labs remotely sitting at home. I personally thank Faisal Khan specially for giving me the opportunity to meet all those successful and wonderful people who got training from Voicebootcamp and working as successful Engineers in IT field. They shared their way of learning while they were in Voicebbotcamp and also about the current market trend in IT Industry. Proud of Voicebootcamp and privileged to eb a part of it.
I was a student of Voicebootcamp and quite happy with their services. I found them efficient and worthy. When ever we faced any problems Faisal try to solve or respond immediately. Please discuss with Faisal before you write negative. They have unlimited resources that I can use even after completing the course. That is the beauty of Voicebootcamp.
Well his Video is well protected. It requires valid user id and password. You did the right thing by opening ticket but failed to response him (Based on the screenshot). So stop making false and irreverent complain.
I am an ex student and ex employee of Voicebootcamp so I know very well how his video works. I am working for one of the big Bank in Canada. Credit goes to him I learn everything from him. I will be always grateful to him (Faisal Khan). I am still reaching out to him for advice with newer technologies like CMS, expressway. If you have any issue, please reach out to him (by opening ticket or replaying that ticket) crying like a baby and making complain to mama 😊 will not fix your issue
I am extremely overwhelmed with my experience in Voicebootcamp . we are batch from March 2019 and we received enormous support and 24/7 access in terms of practicing labs and access in the center to study in a piece of mind.
of course Mr. Faisal will not baby sit us 24/7. He has tons of videos and also you need to do some Google too in order to understand the topics thoroughly. IT is not easy and thus you need to put in lots of extra time of your own as well.
our experience with this school is great and i personally recommend VoiceBootcamp for others to be a part of this.
I can not agree with your complain. I am studying in this center since last 9 months. Always received positive attitude towards my learning process. Video for each courses provided whenever needed plus study materials. Personal guideline provided. Top of everything - I am enjoying other courses related with my specialization. I do not have any complain with VoiceBootcamp.
Sorry couldn't agree. From my personal experience voicebootcamp is always assisting students with necessary requirements.

I paid for a course for voicebootcamp which was to be in spain and I live in uk so that was great for me compared to the usa or canada or duba. faisal khan of voicebootcamp then cancelled it and I have chased and chased him for a refund and to this day 9th january 2109 not received my money back, three months now.
He is now ignoring my emails now as well.
cheating on delivering bootcamp in india
I have registered for a Bootcamp in India back in August 2010 which Voicebootcamp could not deliver as their trainer has some Visa rejection. Die to which he offered complete refund to all. Firstly, I have planned to take Bootcamp later in date but Voicebootcamp stopped communicating. Then I insisted on refund for which I am trying from past 1.5 years. I have huge mail chain asking for updates but Voicebootcamp is just not replying.

Yes understand he is basically scamming around the world. I am from the UK and was going to do a UCCE boot camp in Barcelona as easy to get to from the UK...and he cancelled and I have not had my money back. The Canadian police should arrest him.

Voicebootcamp is horrible Do not go there. You will be sorry and regret. Stay away from voicebootcamp!!! Price seems good but many many problems with getting retake, schedule class, labs, etc. Very very bad experience. Voicebootcamp is bad. Voicebootcamp is a waste of money and I think people would do better to go to another school. You can google other...

I am happy that I have passed my ccna&ccna voice last months. I took my class at voicebootcamp which was really helpful. Without knowing stuff you won't be able pass your cisco certification exam so you can tell how much help I got from voicebootcamp that I have passed my both exams. Now I am preparaing myself for ccvp exam. Cisco exam is really real world based exam. If you come and take any cisco class at voicebootcamp you will meet the most knowledgeable instructor who can teach you from your scratch level & can make you knowledgeable about any kind of cisco stuffs, you want to master in it. So I would say who is planning to enter cisco world (the most challenging stuff) should come to the voicebootcamp and get familiar with cisco career paths. Its a good place to learn and you will get ucresourcekit to know cisco stuff better.

Keramot. I am glad you had a good experince with voicebootcamp. I did not. Dont waste your money on their CCIE bootcamps. Maybe their CCna was ok. I dont know as I didnt take that class.
But I had a really bad experienc ewith their CCIE voicebootcamp. Since they ripped me off, I will tell the world how horrible of an experince I had. I will look for some other schools. I have heard of ipexpert and some other ones. I am not sure which route I will go. Anybody have any good ideas? Good experiences? Places I should avoid? Thanks

Most americans are probably becoming aware that voicebootcamp is a scam but some do not kow yet. If you live in East asia, then you might not have as many options but people in the states or Europe, stay away from voicebootcamp.com This is what you can expect. They claim to offer unlimited retakes till you pass but this is a scam. I have tried 5 times now...
