It is quite astounding and disgraceful what type of unproffessional customer care, sales team and support agents vodacom employed,

First, I have to waste my airtime and time to call their customer care and yet one gets no help and the sales team and support is worse no contact till now. I am a new customer who wants to take a phone deal contract with vodacom, applied online on 26th Oct 2023 at around 12:30am, I only made a simple typo error with the email address and till now no way to update the email address, I called customer care 3 days ago on 26th Oct 2023 for help was told by the agent it will be fixed till today 28th Oct 2023 nothing happened , no one contacted me and I called again today 29th Oct 2023 only to be bounced to them sales team agent who was just rude and said she will send me to customer care and ends my call abruptly. I guess Vodacom is a very wealthy organisation that they can afford to loose potential clients who wants to buy their phone deals and still pay there customer care agents and support team without making sales or closing nor making any effort to close new potential customers deals, that is why their customer care and sales team agent act like this..Their sales team department did not even bother to call me back since then to pitch me their product as a possible positive lead and potential customer.. that is not right as per the standard I placed Vodacom, it is shocking that I, the customer have to be the one calling Vodacom sales team or customer care on the deal.. I hope vodacom will review all these complaints and remove those disrespectful, rude, unserious and unprofessional customer care agents and sales team and replace them with people who have the work discipline, work ethic and professional attitude to do the job, if vodacom let their customer care and sales team continue to treat and belittle new ptential customers like I was treated today, soonest vodacom will continue to loose loose new customers. My first experience as a new potential customer who want to sign up for vodacom deal is quite upsetting, discouraging and traumatising the way the sales lady belittled me.

Desired outcome: Vodacom need to review their customer care agents, support and sales team staff, remove the rude, disrespectful, unproffessional and nonchalant customer care and sales agents who belittles customers or potential new customers
