Sexual offences act 32 of 2007 art. 22. A person (‘‘A'') who unlawfully and intentionally, whether for the sexual gratiﬁcation of A or of a third person (‘‘C'') or not, exposes or displays or causes the exposure or display of the genital organs, anus or female breasts of A or C to a child complainant(‘‘B''), with or without the consent of B, is guilty of the offence of exposing or displaying or causing the exposure or display of genital organs, anus or female breasts to a child.
I am a member of Virgin Active .I have a great concern about adult males parading in total nude in front of children in the change room of the club, these men will shave in the nude, walk around in the nude and will make no effort in covering themselves up with a towel. Also there are no signs to warn children of the nudity.Pls see above act, i feel that Virgin Active, by allowing this, is making it very easy for pedophiles to parade nude in front of children.
