Why do my complaint about the aircon not get attention.
poor attitude of the staff, especially the manager on duty... he refused to speak to me (apparently I am too angry about a 20 month complaint?)
the unhelpful staff is a big problem as it shows racism towards me, they spoke in their language when discussing my issue so that I could not understand.

Desired outcome: Get rid of incompetent arrogant staff , bad attitude towards paying public should not be tolerated , fix the problem I am paying to train at this facility .If i am not happy , refund me for 20 months
