I have had no internet and no house phone since around 9/14/25. I had a $5 credit on my bill at the time from overpayment. Called Viasat and the earliest they could come was 5-6 days later. I explained I have a mother in her 90’s that needs a house phone. Did not matter.
I asked them to end the service as I had none since 9:14 anyway. The call got disconnected they never attempted to call back.
10/14 talked to them again and asked for service to be checked. Still could not get anyone for days. I said turn it off. Again. Was transferred to three different people now they are trying to charge my account for a full month payment for which I had no service at all no house phone no internet.
I updated payment method to a card that requires my approval. And they illegally tried to charge the payment to my checking account which I did not authorize and after I updated payment.
I am not paying them. If anyone interested considering a class action against tyem.
This is ridiculous for a company who has been in business since 1986
Claimed loss: $370
Desired outcome: Pay me back a minimum of the $185 and then stop trying to charge more money.
