Subsequently, I securely packed the shoes in a 24s outer box before dispatching them on the same day.

According to the provided tracking information, the item was successfully delivered on 26th February 2024.

Complaint Timeline:

One week later, on 4th March 2024, the buyer claimed to have received the wrong item. They presented pictures of a lamp inside the 24s outer box that I posted. I immediately engaged in email exchanges with Vestiaire Collective, firmly asserting that I had indeed dispatched the correct item and requesting a thorough investigation into the matter.

Resolution Attempt:

Despite my efforts to seek resolution and cooperation with Vestiaire Collective, the response was inadequate. Vestiaire Collective initially stated they would investigate the courier, offering some hope for resolution. However, within hours, I received an email notifying me of the cancellation of my order, accompanied by a negative impact on my seller rating.
