Verotel/Yoursafe no longer make weekly payouts. They are not honoring their contracts to merchants. If they cheat on this, what else are they cheating on? Verotel/Yoursafe are currently 3 weeks behind though their merchant support site claims the payments are made. 3.1 rating on this site is fraudulent as verotel has only negative reviews.

Claimed loss: 2000 usd

Desired outcome: Verotel/yoursafe must honor their contracts/commitments to their merchants and make their weekly payouts.Complaintboard.com must stop giving verotel/yoursafe a 3.1 rating when this company has only 1 star reviews.

Marcel at Verotel does not pay merchants. I'm a merchant and even though their site claims to have paid me, weekly, they pay once per month. They are currently 3 payments behind and they never respond.

Verotel never pays me, as a merchant, in a timely manner. Last time they were 5 weeks behind and now they are already two weeks behind. They owe me for two weeks and have no reason given for not paying and their merchant site claims these payments were made, as they always do.
