I paid Verotel many hundreds of pounds to get their services, so I could accept payments from credit and debit cards.

I've been waiting now for nearly three months and they haven't approved or denied my website. I'm sitting here paying through the nose and they haven't even answered any of my messages to them! Last thing I got was over 70 days ago when they said they were on vacation.

I've sent 3 customer service requests which have been received and was sent an email guaranteeing a response within 72 hours. Nothing, nothing, and nothing.

Absolutely abysmal company

I am waiting to get my refund of unauthorized $555.82 which was taken on multiple transactions by your site on March 2nd 2022. But you never give me a refund. And when I send this to you, you always come up with the same emails. Give me the refund to my bank account. Or give me another way to get my refund. I am sick of it. It is my momey!

Why has this company taken 2 payments out of my bank account I don't n have never set an account up so cancel any subscriptions in my name and I require a full refund my last payment was made on 11th September so please cancel anything in my name and request a full refund there's 2 amounts 1 for 48.99 and yesterday an amount for 49.95.i have been intouch with my bank and they've told me to contact you

from 04.02.2022. you are unauthorizedly withdrawing the amount of EUR 43.00 every month.

I have not given anyone permission to debit my account every month, including you.

I ask that you immediately stop any further charges and return my 300.00 EUR that you illegally took from me.

I demand the payment to my account back immediately or I will report you to the European Prosecutor and sue.

I queried a charge of $89.99 and yuor reply was to ask me for more details which seems like another scam to me. If you charged me, you should have a record of it.

2. usercodes that you were given (if applicable)

3. the name as it appears on your card

It would also be helpful if you could share with us the first 12 digits of the credit or debit card that was charged.

Once we have this information, we should be able to locate the transactions and assist you further.

I have had several charges on my bank statement. On 5/10/22 a charge for 59.90$, 05/16 charge for 25.00$ 4.00$ and 33.99$ and another charge on 05/17 for 9.00$. There are also several charges from international fees that adds up to 5.94$. I don't have any idea what any of these are for. Please help me with these.

Verotel acts for websites that are complete scams and will not refund any money or stop payment.

They are just part of organised crime in this world.

On 22 and 23 April they facilitated payments to a website where every person appearing on the site is fraudulent. Every person can be identified via reverse image search software as being on another site and that is where the photos originate from. The response from Verotel is contact your card provider - I've done that but they also have responsibility to not pay money where it has been obtained by fraud.

Mi è stato addebbitato da vitsup.com*funion lp un importo di € 49,99 sulla mia postepay ricaricabile per un servizio/acquisto mai fatto. Trattasi di una truffa.

Chiedo l'immediata sospensione dell'addebito e di un immediato rimborso sulla mia carta n. 4023********5286.

Certo di un immediato riscontro in caso contrario esporro' denuncia presso le autorita' competenti.

Sono bricca christian chiedo subito il rimborso soldi che mi avete sottratto dalla carta visa. Voglio una risposta. Se non avrò risposta farò denuncia legale subito a voi tramite il mio legale e guardia di finanza.

Il numero della mia carta 4163 xxxx xxxx 4397. Richiedo il rimborso dei 49,99 dei soldi addebitati su questa carta.

Qualora non dovesse esser effettuata con urgenza tale richiesta, mi vedrò costretto ad adire alle vie legali chiedendo spese e rimborsi e sporgendo querela alle autorità competenti.

I try to join websites which Verotel is the biller for and they always decline me saying i'm on a blacklist for fraud, which is absolutely absurd and I take offence at this. This needs to be fixed up. Please

My credit card (VISA) was charged $16.0 each month by VTSUP.COM since February 4. 2021 till November 4. 2021 without any reason!
I did not have any subscriptions with that company and I want to get my money back and stop those charges.

Before this deduction I have never heard of these people yet I get money deducted from my account? I was relaxing when the notification went off. What kind of desperate scam is this. I want my $10 back.

I am an Australian selller unable to process a payment for a one month premium on allthingsworn.com. I have used my husband's Westpac bank card and 86400 bank card, which has sufficient funds and is able to be used for internet purchases. Allthingsworn.com stated it is a Verotel issue. I've tried contacting Verotel with no luck.
It's effecting my business measures immensely.

On 3rd Sept my bank statement showed a payment to XS MOBILE SP Z.O.O. in the amount of £14.99.
I did not authorise this payment and believe it is fraudulent. I was not in possession of any credit cards since 12th August and I am still awaiting new bank cards.
