I am unable to disconnect my service.
I visited my local Verizon store in late September and they immediately referred me to another "Regional" store who told me that they don't do that anymore. Then they referred me to a 1-800 number. I called on three occasions on three separate days. Every time I called they were not able to help as their "network" was down.
I logged in online and payed my final bill and opted to disconnect my service.
I am continuing to get Verizon bills today. Verizon is THE most dishonest company I have ever dealt with.
Stay far away.

Desired outcome: Disconnect my service.
