Verizon review: How can I have a late payment charged when I am on Auto Pay?

WE have been VZ customers for years with excellent service. A year or so ago we added a WIFI box for $60 a month. I set up autopay and it worked for months. All of a sudden in October they failed to withdraw the $60. I started getting nasty e-mails, YOUR PAYMENT IS LATE. At first I thought it was spam. Then it kept on and I chatted. The chatter said all is well.. I kept getting the nasty grams. I went to A VZ office in Leesburg FL. All seems to be well, check at Lady Lake. WE drove 20+ miles there. No problems the man said. It was probably a scam. I kept getting the messages and I wrote Gen HQs. I haven't heard from them. Now this evening I get an e-mail. If you do not pay the $60 in 24 hours you will lose service. THAT SUCKS. my last 4's are 6845,6229 & 4186.
