Verizon review: Horrible company

This is the worst company ever. We cancelled them because of their horrible service. We had a final bill of $10.00 and they won't allow us to pay it. I tried calling couldn't get through to a person. Then tried paying it online. It wouldn't accept my account number even though it was the one from my bill. Then went to Verizon store. He was with customer and asked me what I needed. I said to pay a bill. He said ok he'll be right with me. Then after 15 minutes with customer he took me and then looked at my bill and said he couldn't accept payment for final bill and that I have to go to a corporate store whatever that is. Still unable to pay final 10 dollars and now they are going to add on late fees. Worse company ever.
