I have never been able to access my internet only bill. It’s been auto debit for years. Now I’m ready to change companies because VERIZON is unresponsive and they will not talk with me because my FIOS account number doesn’t fit the Verizon App which only wants wireless number or wireless account number which I don’t have. I chatted with Verizon wasting my lifetime trying to get the billing address for Fios payments. They are definitely Stupid people or pretend to be stupid so that you’ll give up. I did finally squeak out an address, but apparently that address doesn’t accept paper payments. It has been horrible and still is a horrible experience.
Recommendation: Go to the less know companionate providers that provide support using knowledgeable humans.
