I just got a new service, and phone.
Both are a nightmare. I had a dog emergency and couldnt get phone back on for over 2 hours.
I didnt pay because a overcharge.
I corrected with a tech last month any extra charges
for services to be removed.
Yesterday over 1 hour to correct overbilling again
for the same services thatv were supposed to be removed. I am stuck with this $600 phone. To get out of verizon. I was not told about many of the charges when I got the new service. It took me 1 hour just to reach a live person to correct, and another hour to get th charges off. I am concidering a attorney.

Claimed loss: MY TIME AND ENERGY AND EMOTIONAL STRESS HAVE ENCURRED. THIS IS ONLY MY 2ND MONTH WITH VERIZON,I ALREADY WANT OUT.MY DOG WAS BLEEDING. 2 HOURS TO GET PHONE BACK ON.AUTOMATED WOULD NOT TAKE PAYMENT.
Desired outcome: REDUCED PAY OFF OF THIS PHONE. SO I CAN GET AWAY FROM VERIZON. THIS PHONE HAS A POOR CAMERA.WHICH I WAS TOLD WAS THE BEST.PLEASE HELP/THANK YOU,BECKY
