I've spent 3 hours on the 3 reps, 2 on the chat, and one on a call. Never have i had a worse experience with anyone, any company, ever. And so i tried to order online, that was even worse. They put in my order before i was even done trying to add perks, additonal things like phone, internet, you tube. But worse of all, when I tried to order the latter and i wanted more, they just went ahead and sent me an email thanking me for my order, and it took me 35 minutes on a phone call to cancel what i didn't want. And still, lmao, they 'didn't have the authorization to cancel'. Too funny...I would never spend another minute on Verizon...What a con [censored] company
