Two and a half years ago we got a new contract with new phones. Talked with some person that spoke really lousy English. I asked for someone who spoke English they weren't any better. Quoted me a price with 2 new phones. Told them I would except that offer. Somehow I got disconnected. Called back and finally got to someone that spoke English good enough to understand. Told them about the deal I was offered. They said can't give me that deal. Ended up paying way more and received 2 old phones. Two years later my phone won't hold a charge. They told me they would send out a new phone. Same exact phone only no problem with the battery. I had to call back every week for 3 weeks. I heard every excuse. I didn't ok the transaction. Then they said it was sent and would send out another. Then they said it was delivered. I asked her to describe the house it was delivered to. It wasn't even close. After that I finally got my new Phone. One year it's doing the same as the last one. I called and told them I want my bill lowered. After talking to a supervisor, he said he would take 100 off my bill. I said how long will that last he said till i leave Verizon. It lasted one month and my bill went back up. I called and even had his name. They said they can't do that and he couldn't have offered me that. I said you say you record all calls so go get it and listen to it. I guess that's another lie. They did tell me I would be reviewed for a longevity discount. That's a joke. I've heard that 3 times and never got it. I've been with them for 32 years and that's how they treat you. I also have internet and a mobile hot spot at my camp. My neighbors at camp get great reception with T Mobil and love it and the same service is 80 dollars cheaper. Next week I will be leaving verizon. I'll be happy to leave this foreign loving bunch of liars. If you don't care about someone that's been with you over 32 years, I sure won't worry about leaving your worthless company.

Recommendation: I don't know where to tell you to get a phone but don't get it from verizon. they lie to you and you can't understand any of their operators and represenatives.
