Vectone Mobilecustomer service


I bought 4 sim only pay monthly contracts. I had to call the customer support service a few times get my numbers ported from my old service provider. The people I spoke with to get the numbers ported had no clue about customer services. I was put on hold five times for several minutes before the agent could understand what application he had to open on system to take my pac codes. After giving all codes the agent mixed up my mobile numbers with wrong pac codes. I had to wait two days before my number could be ported only after I spoke with a manager. At that stage I decided that I will get the pac codes to transfer my numbers to other providers as I can not stand disorganised and no clue attitude service provider. This company is the worst every I have seen in the world. I have used various mobile providers all over the world but vectone mobile tops all with their good for nothing customer service. Customer service agents called kartik and madhu were the top worst agents I have every come across. Kartik started shouting at me when I demanded my pac code. I have so many - ve things about vectone that I really dont think its worth wasting my time trying to describe as I know people will avoid paying a company who has customer support based in india who have no idea of english language and any information about user's rights and our laws. No one would like to pay a company where you literally have to fight to get your pac code to transfer your number to other short please please please do your research.

    i recived a message from the company that u top up £10 and get £10 extra for free means £20. . next day i top up of 10 bt i didn't get free balance.i shall b vrey thankfull to you if you take a serious action against this complain.thanx
