VCA Animal Hospitals review: careclub payment

Yes, i think I took My dog Tippie to our local VCA Greater Savannah Animal Hospital for her cough and was showed an e-xray of her body! She said that she had a little touch of pneumonia, along with some over weight but it wasn't that bad. Right after I took her there Tippie became very ill and she had heavy breathing and when I put her to bed she was found deceased in her cage with her babies! It is and was hard for me because I had her when she was a pup! I expected the hospital to help me instead of worrying about the money! They didn't help her and now I have to live without my daughter along with her kids! I let Sharon know that Tippie was no longer here as of Nov 22, 2019 and they said sorry and ok. Now they expect me to keep paying for they're services, for my baby that's not here! Everytime I have to deal with this I have to dredge up all this emotions! I might owe a little something but not to keep paying for a pets that not here! Could you help me terminate the contract along with the service?
