UtilEbillFurnca and AC

They scamed my Wife by telling her we are from govt of Ont. and like to check your AC and Furncae even it was couple year old good condition he said you need to sign these paper to replace it for free . She dont know english and she got presure and sign papers.
They replace with new equipment and we start receiving bills. we called many times and they said if cancel agreement need to pay almost 20, 000.
trapped in their fraud. Need to save more victums. Please help ban this company.

      Mr. Ahmed, as you know Utilebill never came to your home. Please be honest with people. Utilebill is a finance company. We do not sell, install, or service any equipment. Utilebill has not financed any HVAC equipment for over 3yrs. Honesty is important.

      You may have a complaint but you should direct it towards the right company. You don't complain about a builder to your mortgage company, or a leasing company about your car dealer, do you? Your complaint should also be timely.

      Please call our office and we would be happy to assist you including providing a preferred settlement amount for early termination of your agreement. As far as the sale is concern, again, we have never sold equipment, don't sell equipment, and don't have any sales people.

    UtilEbillac and furnace

    I have been calling CS for over a month now to check Ac and recently about furnace. But no one is getting back to me. CS hangs up my phone calls and when I call back it get disconnected quickly or I'm on hold for an hour and still no answer. Everytime I talk to some the bunce me to different phone number or just say ok we will leave a message to our manager.
    This is not acceptable.
    I'm very disappointed.

      UtilEbillontario home services rental agreement / hwisel

      Utilebill called approved and paid Sevice plus work started on 1st call in Dec 2019 on our Combi Boiler System NTI 85168 with holding tank & pressure and have not completed servicing unit but have no further approval from your company to work needed. This HVAC agreement was through Ontario Home Services which is no longer available to contact any service through them only a service called Hwisel which wants to cost us a service agreement??? and cant help. We need help and direction to able to have a rental serviced for our brother who is ill with dementia and has NO HEAT!. The furnace itself has been red-tagged by the last serviceman Service plus sent out as the unit was never installed correctly their # is [protected] ask for Sandy or Robin they have tried to help us but can't continue until further service is approved by you as you were 1st to contact to them. Please help or direct us to proper channels with contact #S, please.. Nightmare still installed Jan 2018

        UtilEbillfurnace energywise

        Was to be a buy out and provided a deposit that did not go to my account. Equipment did not run properly 3 days after installed. A new thermostat was part of agreement and did not happen. Yearly visit to mai tain and contact 24/7 if needed is not available. Requested service to fix on day 3 and day 5 of equipment being in my home wirhout anyone coming to fix...just agreed to send someone. Was told energywise was in good standings and Enbridge partnership etc...all witnessed by 2 other individuals. Sent register letters to have contract revoked and letters sent back...phone numbers not available...continue to be threaten etc...sent letter to utelibill explaining mt position and have repeatively askedto have equipment removed from my home.
        Still want it out!!
        Not interested in discussing my poor service and fraudulent experience with Energywise or Utelibill ...lets take this to court
        PS...filed complaints with both Better Business and Ministry of Consumer Protection.
        Do not want to deal with individuals or company that are scammers and crooks...completely fraudulent and have kept all records...etc
