Booked service for Wednesday between 12-2 pm for fixing three things in my house. I make space in garage so workers can reach attic. I wait long time, but nobody come, nobody call. I decide to go to their office, drive 12 miles. Manager talk but not help much. I ask for something to make up for my trouble. They say they give me 10% discount for another visit. But I think this is not good, because their price already too high. Manager not let me talk to owner, not give me contact. They not care about my time.
