The Technician from Anton's Plumbing, Heating/ Cooling & Energy Experts went beyond what I expected. He stayed until I was completely satisfied, including making sure my iPhone was hooked back up to my thermostat. All the technicians and the people over the phone have always given great service and been very courteous.

Anton's Plumbing, Heating/ Cooling & Energy Experts has been an exceptional company for my needs. The techs are very knowledgeable and patient when answering questions. I don't feel rushed or pressured when making a decision involving thousands of dollars for equipment I'll be living with for a decade or two.

It is a top notch company. Special acknowledgement to technician, John Smith, who is simply thorough and outstanding.

Anton's Plumbing, Heating/ Cooling & Energy Experts was awesome (again). They serviced the air conditioning unit for me at the beginning of summer and today I had the furnace checked out with the cooler temps we've been having. The technician was timely, explained everything he was doing and what he expected to find - honestly a great face to the company!

This was my first time using Anton's for maintenance on my furnace and I was very impressed! Ronan took the time to explain what I could do to make my unit and home more efficient. He fixed some issues from improper installation of my builder. Would definitely recommend Anton's!

They listened carefully to questions and answered all in a way that I could understand. The home energy audit provided critical information about the issues in my home.

Ive been nothing but satisfied with Antons. There high level of communication, knowledge and friendliness of their staff, and their low pressure approach to sales. No hard selling, no last minute sales to get you to purchase something, no pressure. They are a dream to work with.

Anton's did superior work in salesmanship, duct cleaning, and installation of a new HVAC system in my home! They took the time to explain everything in detail. They wore masks, covered their shoes, placed down tarps and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs!

John was very friendly and helpful during our routine maintenance. He showed us photos of some damage someone had done to our unit and made sure we got all the necessary information to help file an insurance claim. Anton's agreed to a payment plan to take the financial strain off our bank account. We highly recommend Anton's for anyone's HVAC needs!

Ditto to what Jeremy H. posted. When I started with them in 1999, there was a Mr. Anton running the business. And up until the last few years, I was happy with the technicians that came to the house. But in the last couple of years, they have been trying to sell me some very expensive upgrades. So this year I am giving my business to another company.

A photo of the tech (Kevin) was sent via text. Kevin arrived at the appointed time on a Sunday and was very friendly and professional. He was a great help making adjustments to the newly installed thermostat. He informed me about everything he was doing to address the problem I was having and told me about things I need to do to avoid future problems. I would highly recommend him to anyone having problems with their A/C.

Anton's Plumbing, Heating/ Cooling & Energy Experts completely misdiagnosed our unit. Anton, the tech, told us the entire unit had to be replaced and quoted us 5K for a new Rheem. We got a second opinion and the contactor was replaced for $250 and it was as good as new. Anton's Plumbing, Heating/ Cooling & Energy Experts did refund me the $125 service call when I called to complain about their unscrupulous business practice. But no explanation for why their service tech missed an easy fix. I've chatted with other neighbors via local community groups and apparently this has happened to many of them as well. STAY AWAY from Anton's Plumbing, Heating/ Cooling & Energy Experts. They will try to cheat you out of your money.

I have been very pleased with Anton's work and service. My family got a Geo-thermal system installed. A messy process (outside) but we are happy with our system and the work Anton's has done. It came with a service policy and for the last couple of years they have done a great job of keeping us up to date on the health of our new technology. During Covid the service tech was professional and courteous to our needs when entering our home. I will be doing business with Anton's for years to come. I have a new furnace install coming up at another location and I actually look forward to it rather than dreading it., finally found a company I feel I can trust.

My air conditioner pump was constantly running, so I called Anton's Plumbing, Heating/ Cooling & Energy Experts and they came out the same day. I waited 3 weeks for another company to come out, but they canceled the day of my appointment. Anton's Plumbing, Heating/ Cooling & Energy Experts texted me a picture of the technician and let me know 45 minutes before he arrived. The technician was professional, and informed me of what needed to be replaced and the costs. He replaced the air conditioning pump, but the copper hose was clogged, and caused the unit to constantly run overnight. The technician came back the next day and replaced the old copper hose at no charge. He tested the new hose and pump to ensure it worked properly before he left. Overall, I am satisfied with Anton's Plumbing, Heating/ Cooling & Energy Experts' service.

The absolute pinnacle of professionalism in everything they do and every person we have worked with from Anton's Plumbing, Heating/Cooling & Energy Experts. We purchased a new heater, air conditioner, had our vents cleaned, and got insulation in the attic a little over 3 years ago. They consulted us based on finding out our goals and assessing our home. We since have utilized their maintenance contracts and every aspect has been flawless. Prior to Covid-19, they were already considerate of our home, doing little things like wearing booties to protect flooring and now wearing masks to protect us from illnesses. Steve, our technician, is more a friend than a person we hire at this point. Have no doubt when you hire them they do all they can to help you get what you need and want and then exceed that expectation.
