Excellent service. Prompt, caring, and very clean work. Very professional job done by our service man Joe. After fixing the faucets he cleaned up the whole work area. Joe, was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Youngs water and sewer. Great experience for us.

Youngs water and sewer came out on a freezing morning and found my gas leak (the gas company could not find leak) repaired and treated me like family. They worked all day and assured me I would not have another night without heat. *** and *** were so professional and respectful. I am grateful. Excellent service. Have comfort in their reliability and expertise.

Our sewer riser had broken and was causing water to back up on our property. We have an insurance policy through Homeserv. Homeserv sent Youngs Sewer to address the problem. Youngs promptly came to our home the next day to evaluate the situation. They communicated with us every day up until the day of the job regarding the status of the markout of our property. The men were skilled and courteous. They completed the work in less than half a day and cleaned up everything. We have not had a problem since. We would recommend Youngs.

Awesome. Yay! I've had 5 different plumbing companies come to my house in the past six months to fix a hot water heater issue. This is the only company to honor their appointments. But instead of bending over and showing me butt crack and asking fo a ton a money to fix something different, the Young;s technician actualy took his time to figure out the problem. Not rush, no the other guy broke it. Just took his time, looked everything over, professionally explained to me what the issue is. No problems for two weeks and I'm sure no problem ever again. That is a buisness card that is going to be plasterd to my wall in case I ever need a plumber again!"

Youngs Water & Sewer is found to be truly an unprofessional group of people. Specifically their office manager "***" she will keep on talking in an obnoxious manner and not listen. Thing to expect from Youngs Water & Sewer:1) Unprofessional / sub standard service. For plumbing repairs expect unlicensed person acting like a plumber.2) When you ask them wear shoe cover inside house. Expect response like your are OCD and other insults. 3) They claim to be in service for over *** 2020. Use your imaginations.. Not sure how this type of fake contractors are still in business! I have black listed them to enter my property. Sharing awareness..

The young man was pleasant on the first visit to check out the low pressure on outdoor and garage faucets both which are attached to hoses. He Explained a few possibilities. Did some trouble shooting and said he fixed the problem on the outdoor faucet. Did not take time to explain what he did to fix it. I went to check behind him and he had left both hoses with the water still on. I turned the water off and righted them as they were left loose and leaking. He had to return to fix the garage faucet. Which he did. Pleasant again. And again rushed out without telling me what he did. And again I had to tighten everything and he didnt clean up behind himself. I mentioned his not telling me what he did and the clerk said it was because of Covid. That is not true. Very unprofessional. Then she tried to tell me what he did. Nuts! They were sent to me by Homeserve and I will let them know about this suspicious behavior for future reference.

OUTSTANDING!The assessment and performed work was ***. The replacement of my Water Heater required two people. It is in a tight spot and took much time and patience. *** and *** were diligent and as they performed the task in less than ideal conditions, they were not bothered by me watching closely. In fact, they were happy to explain everything they were doing and WHY they were doing it, explaining how this tight spot required things to be done a little different, why it was taking a little extra time. I was very happy at their diligence and moreso, with their eagerness to explain to me the steps each one was taking. Each one also confirmed and verified the work the other did, working extremely well as a team. If I need any type of plumbing work in the future, I will only call ***'s *** and Sewer. If the others who work for this company are *** as diligent as *** and ***, I will be a very satisfied client."

They came through *** There one of the technician came to diagnose my Whirlpool faucet leak.Technician didn't know what he his doing. He opened faucet cover pull out the valve and said valve has to replaced. He called his company for authorization. He took $65 for visiting and to check problem. Then he left never showed up. I calledYoung & sewer, managers jacob and *** both talked to me very rudely then they said faucet has to be replaced because its very old . But to replace faucet they have to create excess in from of Whirlpool. So they asked me to call *** for that approval. In that time they sent estimate to *** to approve claim. I call *** and requested for approval. I smelled something fishy ,so I opened the faucet cap and pulled out the valve and took to local plumbing store. Owner of that store said valve is absolutely fine only thing is required to change little washer with with spring. I bought from him in $5 and replaced washer and it stop leaking and worked absolutely fine.young& sewer are crooks liar obnoxious and rude. They cheat customers."
