United States Postal Service [USPS] review: parcel never delivered to our very ill sister who had surgery

What's going on with these criminals stealing packages that we put together for our loved ones? Horrible and terrible. Something needs to be done ... now. These thefts are all inside jobs. They purposely send a package in another direction, calling it an accident. That's nonsense. Our package was sent Priority - 2 days. Went out from Chicago, to be delivered to our sister in California. Instead, parcel was sent to Pennsylvania?!?!? CRAZYNESS. Today is September 2, 2015. So far, no package WAS DELIVERED to our sister. However, supposedly, it arrived in Bell Gardens California going on 3 days. Tracking indicated it was "in house" for 2 minutes. Then taken out of that sorting station after those 2 minutes! MORE CRAZINESS. Where is it now? Mandatory for this place to shut down. I am sick to my stomach.
