US Auto Sales review: The warranty I paid for in my loan at US Auto Sales the warranty company never got my money ( 1 comment)

I purchased my car back in March. I financed a two-year warranty into my loan for $3600.. I had made maybe 23 payments on the car, and I was told that all US auto sales suddenly and abruptly went out of business. All the Loan’s are being handled by Westlake financial.. I talked to Westlake financial they said that they are not honoring the warranty, so I’m confused if they took over my Loan, my Loan has my warranty in it. I spoke to the warranty company. I emailed them back-and-forth several times and the warranty company never got my $3600 from US auto sales. So with no way to get a hold of US auto sales am I out $3600.? I am sure there are quite a lot of other people in the same predicament that I am in. I either want my $3600 refunded to me or I would like that money given to D 0WC which is my warranty company like I said, I am paying for that warranty every single month in my payment.
