The Used Car Factory Very shady company, dishonest, needs to be investigated for fraud

Very shady company, dishonest, needs to be investigated for fraud. Someone needs to put this company out of business.

Review:
This place is a total scam! They're so shady and dishonest, it's unbelievable. I really think someone should look into their business practices because I'm pretty sure they're committing fraud. Seriously, we need to shut them down ASAP.

The Used Car Factory Vehicls look good, drive good

Vehicls look good, drive good. Very honest people. What I've heard is people say they're dishonest about a bad motor, but then they're posting about the engine that blew in 10 miles, saying it's a good running motor.

The Used Car Factory Within 10 days of buyin' a used car from The Used Car Factory on Redwood Road, the car just up and died in the middle of nowhere

Within 10 days of buyin' a used car from The Used Car Factory on Redwood Road, the car just up and died in the middle of nowhere. Now we gotta deal with the dang tow and fixin' costs, and we ain't got no money for that. We reckon y'all should think twice 'fore buyin' a used car from 'em. It's better to go to a dealership that offers a warranty, ya know?

The Used Car Factory I shoulda read these reviews more before I went there, but I ended up gettin' a 2011 Subaru WRX from Andres at The Used Car Factory

I shoulda read these reviews more before I went there, but I ended up gettin' a 2011 Subaru WRX from Andres at The Used Car Factory. He was nice and helpful, and the whole process was pretty smooth. But then things started goin' downhill. Right after I drove the car off the lot, the check engine light came on for P0171- Bank 1 too lean. I told 'em about it, and they just reset the code like they always do for test drives. Real helpful, right? I looked up the code and tried cleanin' my MAF sensor like some folks said, but it didn't work for me. So I took it to my mechanic, and they said it was a bad o2 sensor. Cost me 400 bucks to fix it so I could pass emissions and register the car.

But that ain't the end of the story. Just 18 days later, my engine gives out and starts knockin' like crazy. Good thing I got that warranty, right? Well, turns out I was dead wrong. When I bought the warranty, they conveniently forgot to mention that there's a $100 surcharge for first day coverage on top of the $1500 for the warranty itself. So if you don't pay that extra hundred bucks and somethin' goes wrong within the first 45 days and 1200 miles, tough luck, it ain't covered. Ain't that a kick in the teeth? They offered to do the repairs at a discounted rate, but why would I trust 'em to fix a car when all they sell is junk?

I kept tellin' 'em 'bout all the problems I was havin', and all they did was say sorry. Big whoop. Based on my own experience and all the other horror stories I've read, I wouldn't recommend buyin' a car from these guys. They sell busted cars and pretend like they don't know, but they make sure they ain't liable for any of the mess they cause. Stay away, folks.

The Used Car Factory I bought a 2005 Chevrolet Corvette from The Used Car Factory in March 2022

I bought a 2005 Chevrolet Corvette from The Used Car Factory in March 2022. The sales person promised to fix the rear differential issues and tune the car. However, I've been calling them repeatedly and haven't received any response. Since purchasing the car, I've only driven it for 150 miles and encountered additional problems. I had to dismantle the engine and discovered five holes in the pistons and a blown head gasket.

The Used Car Factory I bought a car from The Used Car Factory on 2/14/22

I bought a car from The Used Car Factory on 2/14/22. As soon as I drove the car off the lot, the check engine light came on. I checked the codes and it indicated an issue with the EGR sensor. I decided to take the car back to the dealership to get it fixed. However, instead of fixing the sensor, they went ahead and pulled out the entire motor without asking for my permission. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge me for pulling out the motor. Now, I have a car sitting in my garage with the motor placed on a tire next to it.

Another issue I had with them is that they didn't allow me to test drive the car before purchasing it. They claimed it was their policy, but it seems suspicious to me. It's almost as if they knew exactly how long the car would run before the check engine light would come on.

I really want The Used Car Factory to take back this car and cancel the contract with the credit union. There are numerous negative reviews about this company with similar problems. They are incredibly dishonest.

The Used Car Factory I bought a car from the Used Car Factory on February 4, 2022

I bought a car from the Used Car Factory on February 4, 2022. They told me the car needed body work and paint, but I was fine with that. They assured me it had a clean title and everything else was in good condition. However, just 20 days after becoming the owner and driving less than 1000 miles, the engine broke down. I had to pay to have it towed back to the dealership, and then they made me pay for the repairs, even though they had promised to help with any car issues before I bought it. Many other people have experienced similar problems with this dealership, such as loose bolts on their cars. Despite their promises, they still haven't returned my deposit, even though they claim they sent it back. It's been 3 months now, and I've come to accept that I probably won't see it again. The car now runs terribly and emits smoke from the hood. I'm just exhausted from dealing with all these issues that they said the car didn't have.

The Used Car Factory I'm so frustrated, it's unbelievable

I'm so frustrated, it's unbelievable. This car dealership has been lying and confusing us for 2.5 months. And they're just so clueless about it; they can't even keep their story straight. We bought a car in mid-December. It took two whole weeks to actually pick it up, and they were incredibly dismissive and dishonest with us. When we finally got to pick it up, they hadn't done the *** check, so we had to go back a month later (after we called to ask about our plates) to have them do it again. But that wasn't enough, apparently they still didn't do the *** check, so two weeks later, after I had to call again to check on the plates, I had to take it back for another *** check. They then said they had to keep it because the emissions test expired and they had to check a check engine light... I was stuck up there and had to take a $70 Lyft to get home. What they said would take 1-2 days has now taken almost two weeks. They kept saying they would deliver it to my house, but they haven't/won't now and keep delaying more and more. This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any company. I've wasted so many hours of my precious time trying to talk to them and driving back and forth repeatedly (they're 30 miles away). Despite everything, they just don't care. I've had to bug them just to get to where we are now, and now I have to go back up there to get the car because they won't deliver it like they promised. My time is just as important as theirs. They don't mind wasting my time endlessly, and they won't do what they say and deliver the car.
