Bought and old Jeep from them in August and paid them $16K, also paid them $700 to do a repair on that same vehicle a few months later. Took it back to them today, 2/11/22 and asked them if they wanted to buy it back. They said yes and so I went to have it appraised. They appraised the same vehicle that they sold me for $16K at $8500. They wanted to rip me off but I refused to sell at that price. I will NEVER do business with them again and would never refer anyone to them.

I cannot express enough how simple and pain free this buying experience was. The car lot owns the finance company *** financial. So they Mark the vehicles up astronomically high knowing they will not be declined because they own the secondary finance company. when finalizing the deal in paperwork they'll have at least 80 pieces of paper to confuse you and they tack thousands of useless extras warranties insurance etc that they do not honor and never intended too If you read the reviews on *** or *** you will see everyone agrees with me. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general's office the Federal trade commission the ComplaintsBoard.com and I will personally be picketing outside of the car lot. Save you and your family & not to mention your credit a lot of heartache by finding with a reputable used car lot Peters has been a scam since they first started out off of Ward & prospect. They say money is the root of all evil and Kevin P and his partner Kevin at *** should have their picture beside the definition. God bless you all and consider yourself warned.

Was charged to much for the truck we purchased, 09 GMC Sierra Crew Cab. Found out that all 4 doors were rusted out so bad on the bottom that all 4 are going to have to be replaced. shocks and struts are also rusted and am going to have to have them replaced. Hood is rusted out where the latch is, going to have to be replaced, truck bed is rusted where it sits on the main frame. Engine light has been on ever since the day day after we got the truck, they said they done a smoke test and replaced the gas cap but the light is still on after the gas cap has been replaced 3 or 4 times. told them about a racket i heard while backing up. Was told that i would have to have the exhaust hangers replaced and that it would be around $170.00 to do it and this was the day after we signed the papers. No older than what this truck is, there should not be that much rust in a vehicle unless it was in a flooded area which is what I am starting to believe is true about what others have told me about where most of the vehicles come from. You can tell that the truck was repainted because there is runs in the paint in several locations on the truck.

Purchased a 2016 dodge grand caravan had it less than a week and it overheated. I ended up putting a gallon of antifreeze on the dodge. 2 days later the check engine light came on. I had it tested at O'Reilly auto parts. The code reader showed there was I issue with the thermostat and the crankshaft sensor was bad. I called peters auto mall Monday and let them know. They said to bring the van up and they will look at it. The service manager Chris camp out to let me know the radiator had a hole in it and the updated the crankshaft sensor. Today which is Tuesday the check engine light came back on. I had another test ran at O'Reilly and the same codes came up. Something with the thermostat and the crankshaft sensor. I called peters auto mall and they said to bring it up so they can run a test. The service manager came out to tell me that the timing chain and gears need to be replaced and it was going to cost 6000 to fix it. There is no way we should be having these issues with the van and them not doing anything about it but make me buy a warranty so they could fix the problem. We haven't even had the vehicle 2 weeks and haven't even put 1000 miles on it. I'm not happy with the situation. But I purchased the warranty so that they will fix the problem
