US Auto Sales – Spartanburg SC

I was purchasing my 2016 nissian altima from us auto sales. The car started having problems shortly after getting it. I contacted then and was sent to a Shop downtown. Within a few days I was picking it up. I notice when picking it up when I Crunk the car up to leave the shop at first it made horrible noise so I went back in and was told I'd have to file it thro the car place to have it relooked at because it wasn't related to what they did. So I did and I was told that wasn't under my warrenty that I purchase. Since that time the GPS disabling device repeatedly being disable ruined 2 batteries I had to replace, the key fob stopped working and now that westlake has the accounts I have had multiple issues with the vehicle and have begged for them to honor my warrenty in my contract or reduce my price to reflect the difference in cost with vs without warrenty but they refused. I have had issues paying my payments because I'm constantly having issues with the car I'm having to pay to fix. My car was repossed last week. If I had not been sold a bogus warrenty and was able to rely on the warrenty to fix any issues then I would have easily been able to make my payments.
